We liked everything about this small boutique hotel in the Centro Historico of Queretaro. The included breakfast was very nice and there are lots of options if you like eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, beans and tortillas. Our luxury room had a Nespresso machine and a 55" flat screen TV. The King bed was large and comfortable. A very large shower in the functional bathroom. The property is centered in the midpoint between the aqueduct and the Zenea Garden. It's only 2 blocks from the Plaza De Armas. Lots of great food options within a half kilometer. I guess the only thing missing is an indoor lobby and breakfast area. There is a nice outdoor patio with awning. Service staff was very responsive and helpful.

Delightful property - very hospitable host. They made every effort to provide a vegetarian breakfast- for which we are so grateful. The manager drove to get us from the airport!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Once. The courtyard & room were charming & well kept. Christina was attentive, kind & an excellent hostess & cook!

Beautiful, clean, quiet rooms located in a convenient location to walk everywhere and explore the historic quarter. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! I wish we could have stayed longer!!

Nice central location

Very nice!

While the property is well maintained and comfortable, it lacks permanent hospitality staff and more breakfast choices for the price. Amenity instructions were not as complete for those of us not familiar with their Sky TV controls. There was an offer to call in case of questions, but for the price a resident hospitality person is needed as with other similar proprties.

A very nice property. There weren't any businesses or restaurants nearby, at least for someone with limited mobility. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful, clean, modern property has the most comfortable beds! We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms and hotel location. The property consists of two buildings that are approximately two blocks apart but still easy to navigate! We highly suggest staying at this property, especially if you are looking for a hidden gem in the heart of the old city!
