First my reservation was cancel after I paid in USA them send to a motel with my family, not a great people i don’t recommend at all

Just the traffic noise was the setback. Other than that it was OK.

We just stayed 1 night before heading to Acapulco but we were surprised with the size of the room and the cleanliness. Water pressure was amazing and beds are comfortable

The room was dark. Not enough towels. Housekeeping didn’t leave soap but cleaned away what was there when I arrived. There was no heat and the room was cold. The blanket was insufficient. The mattes was old with lumps and troughs. The breakfast was good .

Hotel had no A/C and it was super hot, not even a fan

The bed wasn't as comfy as I thought it would be, over all it's a nice hotel..

I loved it! People were so nice but one night my money disappeared 😅 hope the cleaning ladies enjoy it before karma comes. I recommend not leaving your money in the hotel. Loved the receptionist though.

internet service much improved since 4 years ago. Electrical wiring needs updating.

The breakfast is terrible and the front desk service awful.

Carpet in room and public areas in each floor are old and should be replaced. TV remote controls are limited and some are not programmed. There is no iron in the room, so they lend me an old one which stains my shirts. By the way, very uncomfortable toilet.

Beds are like rocks, Jacuzzi was dirty and made the room smell after using it. Traffic outside of hotel was so noisy I was unable to sleep on top of the beds being so hard. It needs major remodeling work.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is so big shower, closet room. It’s clean and has parking lot and a nice view

Pretty old fashioned hotel, trapped in the 60’s but overall cleanliness was fair, staff friendly (by capital standards, I’m accustomed to them) price was kinda high, it’s no worth 900 pesos, maybe 600 pesos, WiFi is functional but terribly slow, enough for a business trip I’d say, overall good hotel for a short stay

This was a practical hotel stay being close to the airport. For the convenience, I will come again!
