My room was over the bar next door’s live music stage, and the main roads so very noisy; however, they did offer me any room I wanted as I was their only guest this Week!!! Over all, I would stay here again as it is out of the Gold Zone, and everything you need is nearby, including a 4 minute walk to the beach…

Staff was not competent ! Trying to find way to get over on customers. Did not quote price correctly and tried to double price.Had to. show them the price that Expedia has

Pictures are definitely false advertisement!! No pool and the a/c in the rooms do NOT work! Struggled to get a room because they didn’t want to take a credit card payment.

It was late and was the last hotel choice, a bit expensive for being the only and last choice from last minute but the hotel was very clean and quiet, the bed was hard and i sleept surprinsingly good on it. Wasn't any amenities but i felt safe there considering was my last minute choice. Nice area, they don't give you extra towels or blankets.

It’s right for the price

The hotel was okay but very basic. The fridge was not plugged in and not even a coffee pot for morning. It’s a good location but no direct access to the beach area.

Well front front desk pointed me to the 3rd floor... My bag heavy .... Finally he offered to carry it... The room didn't have an extra safety lock ... Someone was knocking ... And not answering... I was scared.. no found to call the front desk... .the room needed updating .... For $72. never again... I left and went to a different hotel for $50. Much much nicer .... And front desk very accommodating....

Be warned; this is a low-budget, cheap place to stay in a very nice area of Mazatlán. The pool is off-site (as in literally an 8-minute drive to a local trailer-park off-site). The amenities are basic (e.g., you can purchase a gallon of water for $20 pesos). The administration is petty (i.e., we can up-grade your room because of our mistake to 3 bedroom suite, but you can only use 2 of the beds in the new room). And the overall service is very disappointing (e.g., technically, there is wi-fi internet service, but it so weak and slow that it hardly matters). I would recommend you strongly consider other options and if you do decide to stay here, do so with very low expectations.

I found the hotel very clean, room was neat, but the bed was dated, and the bedding was terrible. The sheets were not fitted and were washed out. Should be turned to rags. Also the pillows were worn out. Only two towels, no hand towels or face clothes. If I stayed again I would take my own bedding.Traffic noise at the front was very noisy! Rooms in the back would be nice. Hotel advertises a pool , but the pool is at a different property 5-8 kms away. False advertising! Google location is wrong , 5 kms away and on the beach. False advertising! No safety night locks! No security boxes! Could be a great little hotel, but not with typical Mexican mentality !! The owner is wealthy!! Go figure!
