Excellent service

AMAZING hotel and a great experience. Very unlike anything in Mexico it is like something out of the Arabian Nights! The rooms were very comfortable, beds great and the area was very quiet- slept well. We had dinner in the restaurant and were very satisfied. Would highly recommend it

Property felt safe and quiet

The room was ok. But the TV in the room never worked. The restaurant was slow. Decided to not have breakfast there after waiting for too long

Grounds very well groomed. Room very clean. Staff (except for one waiter who was terrible) we’re excellent.

Falta modernizar

Excelente servicio por parte del staff desde el guardia de seguridad, recepcionista y meseros todos súper amables. El hotel súper limpio y sus áreas verdes muy bien cuidadas

Buen lugar, lo uncio qje no me agrado la plancha de solicite para mi ropa estaba en muy mal estado, no se podia modificar la temperatura y pegaba la ropa

Un lugar muy agradable

Falta de agua caliente en las habitaciones. No me gustó que me pidieron dejar un importe de $300 como garantía del buen uso de la habitación. No me permitieron realizar el pago con tarjeta y como no traía efectivo me retuvieron mi INE. Viajo mucho por trabajo y es la primera vez que me piden esto

El hotel esta bien mantenido y limpio. El personal es amable.

Muy lindo el hotel, limpio, buena ubicación.

La habitación fue adecuada para mi y mi familia solo un poco fria, no tuve ningun problema en tener a mi mascota.
