Location is perfect, parking easy access, restaurant inside the hotel, service at the front desk was awesome, affordable and the room was clean, will definitely stay there again.

There is no air-conditioning in the rooms, just a fan, even though air-conditioning is advertised. The property is very dated. Chipped finishings, old bathrooms, nobody bothers to help with luggage or hold the doors. The location is pretty good.

Air Conditioning did not work and when requested it be fixed, they just said they would make a report. Never got fixed and when asked about another room I was told that those air conditioners were most likely broke also. Front Desk staff was not friendly.

All in all this hotel is one of the better values for a budget hotel in Celaya. The rooms were clean and service at the front desk was great. (English spoken here)Great location within easy walking distance to the downtown area. Hotel is older but updated and has a certain charm and ambiance about it. There is a cozy bar area to meet with friends over a cocktail or coffee. No fridge or coffee pot in room but this is a no frills hotel. The full breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

So this was the third city we stayed in during a week long trip to Guanajuato. The reason we chose this hotel is the closeness to the center of Celaya. Husbands family lives in a small neighboring town, so it gave us the opportunity to visit them without imposing. We stayed at this hotel almost a decade ago and not much has changed. I mean for the price I guess it's okay --- would only recommend this hotel for a short stay. The cab driver told my father in law that a lady had been burglarized from her hotel room a few weeks back. Saw that in other reviews as well. If you are staying for one night and want to be near the Mercado, I would recommend it.

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this one will do it. Location is great, you are couple blocks from the jardin (downtown). The place is very old but they are clean. Good place to rest your head and shower to enjoy the city.

Hotel muy limpio con personal muy amable. Sin embargo, sus instalaciones ya están muy viejas: grifería oxidada, cristales de ventanas que bailan con el aire y que permiten que entre el ruido de la calle, tele muy obsoleta. Su precio en directo era más barato que en expedia

Muy cara, habitacion en malas condiciones, cobro extra por aire acondicionado.

No cumplen lo que ofrecen en xpedia. Por más que le mostré al recepcionista lo que me incluía la habitación que adquirí Ni el ni si jefe pudieron resolver.

La señora de la recepción muy grosera cuando hice el check inn. Nada de cortesía.

El agua no estaba caliente y el baño nunca realizó las descargas correctamente.

Que no hay pasador en la puerta de entrada, no hay toalla de mano, pero todo está muy bien

Estuvo muy bien. Una bonita estancia familiar y acogedor el hotel.

Todo bien porque no suelo criticar ningún lugar que me ofrezca el poder descansar, simplemente no había agua caliente y la cama no es tan dura como dicen, pude dormir sin problemas
