Excellent stay, well maintained property

Loved the apartment itself, (I had #1-interior not street facing) -- decor really great, BIG kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed, fast wifi, stays nice and cool, neighborhood is excellent with cute restaurants and shops, easy walk to Reforma for buses. (El Angel stop) The downside was noise...this apartment is located almost on top of the front desk and parking spaces, I could literally hear Jose crunching potato chips thru the closed doors/windows 😂 and a rambunctious group of young ppl came in very late at night a couple times and were really loud in some apartment above my skylight. I told the owner and he took care of it right away, but you're going to hear everyone in this space. I might choose an upper floor if I stay here again, I would prefer the street facing rooms --as that kind of noise is much more tolerable (to me). Oh and people can smoke on the balcony and it wafts right into your room if the balcony door is open. Overall though, great place for good price and very good communication... kind people with no attitude. ;)

Excellent place to stay if you are working or just want to relax. Suites have everything that you will ever need to feel comfortable and safe. Great location close to many good restaurants and nightlife.

This is a very beautiful apartment at a great rate. It is stylish and extremely clean. They even wash your clothes for you! I highly recommend this apartment.

It's a nice place, quite big for NY standards, it has everything you need. Fridge, kitchen, living room, etc. I had a room with a view, and it's within walking distance to the Independence Angel, and all the stuff in Reforma Av.

Very well located property. Excellent service - Hermann was extremely helpful in getting me settled and accommodated. I enjoyed the ability to come and go as I pleased, have friends visit, plenty of very good restaurants close by. Like having my own apartment in CDMX. I would definitely stay here again.

I really felt very comfortable, the attention is magnificent, the owners live there and they are the friendliest people I have met, as well as their employees, and the best thing is that they wash your clothes, which I have known, it feels like at home thanks for the attention

It is actually six apartments. I was very impressed when I arrived. There were snacks for the guest. Next, Hermann, the owner, was on top of his game. It seemed that he had anticipated any questions that I might have. He even had suggestions for things to do. I felt very comfortable and knew that anything I needed was a call or text away. Of four hotels in Mexico, this was by far my favorite. Thank you.

I love this place, I didn't want to leave. It's your own apartment. The owners are great people. Warm and friendly. I want to keep this place for myself because I like it so much. Wish I could buy the room where I stayed that's how much I like it. Will stay here every time I return to Mexico City.
