The room was OK, the staff were very helpful, but their advertizing was very misleading

Clean room and steps away from the beach. Just a little noisy at night with all the festivities but was very good.

Room needs lots of improvement, sinks leaking to the floor.

I really enjoyed the property as it was really close to the beach in the bars. Great location.

Great location walking distance from Oxxo and cancha municipal. Restroom opens into room not an ideal situation.

Friendly staff and very decent price. We always had hot water. It can be a bit noisy, but I knew that as it is downtown! Great location for the waterfront and always a taxi nearby. hotels.com said English was spoken but that was not the case, we used google translate and it worked fine. Also was hard to call on the phone. The cab driver didn't know where the hotel was so make sure you have the exact address (maybe) lol. I appreciate that there was a wifi extender upstairs, outside our door for internet as the signal wasn't strong in room. My friend was worried the whole time we were there for going out at night, no safe, ect. Zihua is a wonderful town and I will be back by myself!!

Buena ubicación, los sanitarios al estar en el misno cuarto solo separados por emdia pared hace que el vapor de agua y aromas del sanitario esten en los cuartos.

Todo en general un lugar muy tranquilo y a una cuadra del mar no se puede pedir más..

La calidad excelente del personal no se compara con la calidad de los grandes hoteles y espero que un futuro me reciban como lo hicieron para mi es un gran hotel
