The staff was very friendly and professional.

We got our money's worth, although there are some things they can improve on. A good quality front door and lock should be upgraded. You can hear alot of the outside conversations. Also, the plumbing smelled and a few bugs could be seen. It's located near many accessible restaurants and resources. The ladies had great customer service.

Clean rooms, nice personnel, beautiful garden with a pool, right next to a tour company and lots to eat around the area. Will stay here again when we return to La Huasteca Potosína.

I like the location, it is walkable to multiple restaurants nearby. The room itself was very small, the bed took most of the space. Luckily they had two parking spots available on site.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, our stay at Biza was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

It’s a basic hotel, it’s not a typical “tourist” hotel. We were told that this place is typically used by people who need to come in to the city to work The entrance to the parking is behind the hotel and the “road” to get there was muddy and unfinished, so if you’re parking a car there, just be careful if it’s been raining or you’ll get stuck! Our room had to be sprayed two times because of ants, so don’t keep any food in your room. Ants happen…it’s where they live…so just don’t keep food in your room Hotel location is good if you’re planning on traveling the area…we took all the toll highways and it was fine

Everything was nice, the only issue is that you could hear everything from outside, the walls where pretty thin, other than that, I was really happy with my stay over there

The hotel is very centric and was difficult to find with GPS, overall is very clean , is better to sleep in the rooms at the back yard, the ones in the front are very noisy
