Service was great. Front desk personnel very polite and nice. Very helpful with anything that was needed. I will be staying here again.

Mi peor experiencia en Reynosa. En nuestro primer dia se fue la luz completamente del hotel y nunca recuperó el aire acondicionado durante los dos dias que quedemos ahí. Ni nos ofrecieron algun tipo de reembolso.

Clean property, safe area, the plaza is a family gathering place with live music events.

We stayed one evening at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and the staff did their best to accommodate our lack of Spanish but with Google Translate we did fine. Had the BEST dinner at the food truck on the corner of the square. The grocery and money exchange next door was convenient as well. Wish the tub would of been working on the rooftop terrace.

When I arrived the reception was lovely but once made the payment I was told there is no pool no internet in the hotel room the hotel is fully under renovation and when I asked for a refund they declined and said no money back/ I wasted 660 pounds as I didn’t end up staying there in the end

Reserve 2 abitaciones con time y cuando llegue al hotel dijieron q solo 1 tenía que si quería tenía q pagar por otra lo doble de caro me hicieron pasar 1 mal rato tube q buscar un hotel en otro lado

It had no windows and for breakfast bread and coffee also no netflix like it says so, Restaurant is shut down! Bathrooms are old and ugly! Over priced for cheap room service and admities!
