The pool is refreshing. The location is central, but within the walls the place is serene. The rooms are lovely. There are many delicious choices for breakfast. But what makes the place for me is the staff - who are all friendly and super accommodating. I will return again.

What a lovely place! The staff were all friendly. I left my wallet in the room and one of the cleaners found it and returned it to me while I was waiting for my taxi! The breakfast was excellent. Fruit, eggs and lots more. The pool is lovely and despite being centrally located, it is quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful, welcoming, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Marvelous owner and staff. Can’t wait to stay again.

A very enjoyable visit.

The location of this B&B is excellent. It is easy to find and street parking was fine. It is a simple walk to the malecón and the Plaza Principal. The property is lovely. There is nice greenery with birds coming to visit. We didn't use the pool but it looked fine. There are tables and chairs which are perfect should you decide to have a take out meal or a snack. I am being conservative in my review because we had some issues with our rooms. The first room had a skylight which can't be covered so the room was very light in the morning. We were moved to a 2nd room which had better windows and curtains. When we returned to that room later I discovered some problems. The bedding and towels were awful. There was some mold. While I believe those issues are going to be resolved by the owners, I offer this advice. Check your room very carefully and be sure that you have proper bedding and towels & enough blankets and pillows. Also that you have enough toilet paper. There is no staff on the property after mid day.

Very traditional place with quiet rooms decorated in traditional manner. Breakfast was really good fresh fruit, coffee and choice of eggs, omelette both vegetarian & meat options. Absolutely beautiful pool which after a long day walking around and exploring was always a treat to jump into. Staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble for the price can’t beat it would def stay again xxxx

Your place was great, but we felt the breakfast was not healthy as we’re used to.

Very charming, intimate unique place. Pretty quiet for Mexico. Each room is completely different. Gardenia room had fewest stairs to navigate. Bed was pretty firm and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and everyone in the hotel was chatting and sharing info. The drawbacks were the water pressure is extremely weak and the privacy curtains were not sufficient to prevent the courtyard spotlight from beaming into the room at night making it difficult to avoid. We put blankets and towels all over the windows to block out the light with some success. Even given the drawbacks, we loved the place and the service.

Hotel offered a wonderful breakfast and the staff were super friendly and the room was gorgeous overlooking the pool. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Casa Flores. The staff was absolutely incredible. When I got sick they actually walked me to a place to get the proper medication and even made an elixir to help with my issue. In addition, the breakfasts were excellent and you even have a menu to choose what you want.

The staff was excellent! I went to the dentist and the staff made food for according to my diet. I brought the fruits and they made my smoothie and was so nice.

I loved this little place.The lobby, grounds were beautiful & the rooms were clean & well appointed. I also really appreciated the kind, helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again!
