The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to the pyramid, the zocalo, the mercado, and much of the shopping areas. There are several interesting cathedrals nearby. The hotel itself is interesting. Some things are quirky, like all of the room keys look like they have been in service since colonial days, literally. They are keys that go into a large keyhole and the door locks internally to the door. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, if that is important to you. All of that said, there are some local traditions that might surprise you if you haven't had much experience traveling in Mexico. Local traditions include the setting off of fireworks to celebrate religious holidays, many times day and night. And there are a lot of religious celebrations. This makes it very interesting, having so many churches nearby. Have fun and enjoy the culture!

Habitación 4/5 linda Limpieza de sábanas y toallas 4/5, toallas olían a cloro Limpieza de habitación 1/5, caminé descalzo dos minutos y mis calcetines blancos quedaron negros para tirarlos a la basura Reservación en Expedia 1/5, todas las fotos pintan que tiene balcón, pero nos dieron un cuarto con vista interior Reservación 1/5, reservé por Expedia y no me dejaban pagar con Expedia, también me obligaron a pagar el efectivo Personal 1/5 nos nos atendieron un par de jóvenes, atención muy sarcástica y nosotros estábamos tomando una siesta a las 5:00 de la tarde y los que atendían estaban con una bocina a todo volumen

Did not count with restaurant, only coffee packages, lobby ceiling was leaking due the rain otherwise very fast assistance from the friendly staff, near shops, restaurants, and zocalo.

El personal es súper amable y muy atento. La limpieza de la habitación es buena.

La habitación que escogí tenía muy buena vista a la explanada y a la iglesia. Mi única incomodidad sería el baño. Olia mucho a coladera y la manguera de la regadera tenía una fuga y la forma en que está diseñado hace que se acumule el agua y se haga un reguero. A un lado tenía un pequeño hueco para "drenar" pero estaba tapado. Así que mi experiencia para bañarme fue incómoda. Por el resto estuvo muy bien.

Loved the room and staff and hotel. Amazing view of the pyramid and voladores. One of the 2 beds in our room was very hard and the other was great. The hotel is a couple blocks from the zocalo and lots of restaurants and vendors. The restaurant on site is not connected with the hotel or open for breakfast. Food was very good but music at night was very loud while we were trying to sleep. Seemed quieter after 11 or so but then lots of noise above us sounding like chairs being drug back and forth for about another hour we assumed was cleaning up for the day

Great view of The Great Pyramid of Cholula. Staff was very friendly. On-site parking. Great restaurant with 270° views of the volcano, churches, temples and cityscape.

Mejor hotel no se puede pedir, la vista que se tiene a la pirámide es inigualable, está a una cuadra de esta y a 2 del centro de Cholula, muchos restaurantes están alrededor y el mercadito a 4 cuadras, definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel.

Very surprised to have to pay cash for room stay did not accept credit card. Should have at least warned us ahead. Coffee would have been nice as well.
