Everything about the Hacienda is top notch. The staff, the building and its history, the cleanliness and upkeep of the 2 acre property. It does not earn its rating as a top hotel in Mexico for nothing.

I love this place! The facilities are gorgeous and food excellent! It has over 350 tequilas for you to pick from and has the best staff overall that I have ever had in other locations! IT is a must to stay here and that won’t be my last time to stay there!

This property has amazing grounds! The food is good and the staff helpful. I wish they had an English menu as it usually took awhile to order food depending on the English ability of the staff on duty.

We stayed two nights and I didn’t want to leave. The property is absolutely beautiful. The cantina and restaurant are first rate and the service could not be better.

Beautiful property and an amazing stay. Only disappointing moment was when I waived the waitress down at the breakfast buffet, she looked at me and said “Mande” ( like what you want?). Very disappointed for a world class hotel. The rest of my stay and people were amazing.

The hotel has very beautiful gardens worth the visit. The hotel provides a tour of the grounds: a mix of history gardens and pools Staff is very friendly and courteous. The room is very spacious with confy beds and warm duvets since it is December. We had a very well served breakfast
