Hat roaches not ac no windows plus am pay for 2 rooms double beds and was only one wit 2 beds but the most important was no Ac and a big roaches around the rooms

I liked the location

Todo estaba bien,lugares cercanos.

This place needs a makeover and a new administration. The shower was disgusting. We found a soap on the floor from previous guests and it stinks, had mould. Just gross. We arrive in the evening with no other option but to stay.

We stayed in the “suite”, it was a very artistic and pretty suite but unfortunately it was not well clean, we ask for housekeeping, shower was very bad and towels had dirty stained. Floors were not mopped as well. Because is hotel is located in the downtown, is very noisy and hot, it has no AC so you have to have the windows open and god it was noisy. It didn’t had closet or somewhere to hung/Storage clothing. The parking lot is not available 24/7 nor reception service.

Great location. Kind of hard to find but overall it was good for the night.

Nice location but very hidden, not handicap friendly, bed sheets were not clean, parking is down the street in a Public parking lot opened from 8am to 8pm if you get there after 8pm or before 8am you have to request a key from the front desk, open the lock and open the gate to park. Staff is not available on site at parking lot nor at the hotel, hotel receptionist is on site only from 9am to 9pm. I have never stayed in a hotel like this. I do not recommend this hotel because parking sucks!!! You have to call the receptionist cell phone because they are not in the hotel, wait for them to come and hand you the key, if you get there after 9pm (very weird).. also lol one iron for the entire hotel. Etc etc…

If you're familiar with hotels in Mexico, this one won't surprise you. You can tell a lot of effort and some expense went into the build-out. And then, everything from hiring to amenities were done on the cheap. Room size and quality varies quite a bit, but there is no A/C in any of them, and the building's old plumbing means that the sewage smells can be managed but not eliminated. Both of the very young receptionists (who I imagine also do all the cleaning) were very pleasant and helpful, but ill-equipped to be running a hotel alone. (Hopefully this is irrelevant soon, but only one of the two worse a facemask at all.) You could do worse, but you can do better (even in Arandas).

Very comfy great staff easy fix to other reviews hot water does work just remember roof mounted eco friendly radiators so it takes a bit but works great 9verall great stay access to everything

it was a great trip I took for my cousins wedding,

there is nobody at recepcion; a whatsapp number welcomes you with basic information, then another whatsapp number thanks for yor preference; but actually you need to call a third number if you really want to have information. that's very confusing. I booked 2 rooms with king size beds, but I got only normal beds and on the (3rd) phone they told me that there are no king size beds but that's what i booked on hotels.com; it was a superior room but they are actually very very small rooms, almost no space for luggage or just move. bath forniture is very cheap, and some were already broke. parking lot was closed very early and was not really avalable (actually I never could use it), but maybe i wasn't lucky because I stayed at Christmas Eve.

HORRIBLE...LA HABITACION CON MAL OLOR..SUCIA, LE PONEN UN PERFUME DE MOTEL BARATO.. DUELE LA CABEZA DE TANTO RESPIRAR ESE AROMA, TODA LA NOCHE CON RUIDO, BAÑO SUCIO CON CUCARACHAS...TUVIMOS QUE CAMBIAR LAS SABANAS, LA ROPA IMPREGANDA DE ESE AROMATIZANTE BARATO...CON GANAS DE QUE LO CIERREN , DE HOTEL BOUTIQUE NO TIENE NADA...

El hotelito es un lugar modesto pero muy céntrico perfecto para una noche o dos en Arandas y salir a caminar
