Buenas experiencia buen trato ubicación y muy confortable el hotel

Unfortunately our second stay was uncomfortable, inconvenient and left much to be desired. There were cockroaches in the room and had to be moved, that was the first time. Second room had an air conditioning unit that did not work, we asked the front desk to take a look at it and fix it at 6p, when we returned to our room at 930 it was still not working! It was 95f at night. They finally moved us rooms after about an hour and half of them trying to fixing unit and then finally agreeing to move us rooms again by then it was 1130. We waited almost an hour hoping air would kick in and it wasn’t working either ! Finally a about 1230 AM we moved to a 3rd room. The air conditioning did work however the shower only had a trickle of water and COLD, toilet didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work in order to call. Had to call from my cell phone and demanded they open a room we could use bathroom to shower, etc. by 1:30 AMwe were finally showered and in bed. the next day we woke up went to the other room two doors down to shower and moved to another hotel.

Hotel views are great. Had to move rooms because they gave us a corner room which had no privacy. Breakfast was decent.

Lugar con las 3 B. Vista privilegiada de la ciudad. Servicios bàsicos buenos. Excelente atención del personal. Desayuno de cortesía y alberca muy bien.

Good hotel

Very clean, and expelen attention!

El personal muy amable, pero las habitaciones necesitan actualizaciones. El ruido del aire súper ruidoso, No tenía agua caliente.

Buen lugar pero una de las mujeres en el desayuno no nos quiso atender si no le dábamos los boletos que dan pero ya antes nos han atendido sin ellos por qué solo nos dan para el primer día y tuve que ir hasta recepción a que me dieran unos, algunas veces se olvidan que todos los negocios dependen de la atención y servicio al cliente ni enseñándole las llaves del cuarto nos quiso atender muy mal servicio.

My experience was terrible , tha lady at the desk so rude , give me two bunket beds not two full size beds , i get there like 9pm for traffic on the road, no hot water , old tv with no signal , no phone line i feel like on the 60's plus the lady make me feel unwelcome they need more customer service training i think never come back to that place ..plus one team of kids play soccer 10:30 pm like on the roof of the room because they belong to one selection or team from there ...so i don't recommend this hotel for anuthing

Low cost, good amenities, clean, leak of maintenance, bathrooms olds

Habitación limpia, el personal amable y atento, la vista y la alberca 10/10. Lo único regular fue el restaurante, el desayuno "buffet" que viene incluido son solo 3 clases diferentes de huevo, máximo 3 refill de café, agua de jamaica y cereal con leche; cuando quisimos pedir algo de la carta se nos negó, que no podían tomar pedidos por qué tenían un cumpleaños en curso y todos estaban atendiendo a esas personas, que hasta que terminarán de atenderlos podían prepararnos algo, fue lo único que decepcionó de la estancia, todo lo demás estuvo super bien.

Excelente ubicación y servicio, solo las instalaciones antiguas, pero bien y en la regadera no hay donde colocar jabón, shampoo, etc

la oficina no tenía escritorio para trabajar y no estaba acondicionada por lo que hubiera ayudado muchoque conocioeran las necesidades de la estancia.
