Very clean room, excellent location, attentive staff that was helpful with questions I had about the surrounding area. Room was cleaned, bed made, and water bottles re-stocked every day of my stay. Great value, too!

This hotel is average. Clean, but average. The interior of the hotel is loud with echoes of every noise. Outside rooms will hear the street traffic, inside ones, the echoes. Not really any services or amenities. Probably would stay at another location in centro if visiting again. Close enough to the main street and services and restaurants, but would look for more comfort and amenities next time.

The beds are so uncomfortable.

They put us in a room that couldn't reach the WiFi, so we were there for 2 days without it. Additionally, there were no hand towels and a bath mat provided, so water just splattered everywhere after every hand wash and shower. The facility is clean and the location is nice.

El cuarto no se parece al de las fotos, la taza del baño no tenia tapa, la cantidad de agua que salía de la regadera era muy poca así que para bañarse teníamos que estar pegados a la pared. Las cajas de seguridad que hay en los cuartos no funcionan.

El lugar estaba bien. La habitación olía mal y había un sofá roto. También me cobraron $500 pesos adicionales por reservar a través de la app de Hotels.com, pero ninguna de las otras habitaciones que había reservado con ellos cambió, lo cual fue muy frustrante. El personal fue amable y servicial, y la ubicación era buena. Un lugar perfecto para pasar una noche y ver mariposas, pero no para una estancia larga.

Yodo estubo muy bien, solo que una mujer de limpieza nos abreio la puerta del cuaryo sin tocar y clmo que eso si estubo medio molesto.

Las camas no son de la mejor calidad y las bases ya son muy viejas y a la hora de acostarse crujen mucho, el control de televisión no funcionaba bien y el internet es pésimo ya que no funciona y no aparece la red, de ahí en fuera las amenidades estuvieron bien.
