The room was small and the location was a little out of the way. They said they were "pet friendly", but there was no where for the dogs to do their business. But the room and the property were very nice and well maintained.

They charged my card the full amount online and then when I checked in they said that was just a deposit and I needed to pay with cash or bank transfer only. The place was safe and clean enough.

Easy check-in, room is a bit shabby but clean and comfortable. Good value for the price, parking close to the room.

After spending a ton, paying cash for room I had little cash left to pay a$5 breakfast fee. My family was following right behind to pay cash but staff was rude and we decided to eat elsewhere. Tbh the breakfast didn’t even look appetizing and glad to leave. They also charge extra fees for getting things “dirty” which is subjective.

They only accepted cash when we got to the hotel. The room was good. It looked clean. The bed was comfortable. There was no bars of soap or cups in the bathroom. There was a mini fridge which was nice and there was no coffee maker. These aren't big things to say I wouldn't stay here again. All in all I would stay again if I was passing through. I accidentally left the key in the door all night and no one tried to break in which was a relief. Breakfast was okay. It was a small buffet type. Unfortunately I asked for bread and they didn't have any so I asked for tortillas and they never came. The orange juice was actually orange pop/soda which was weird to have with breakfast.

Very clean and tidy had warm water great and comfortable stay!

The hotel is nice and clean. It was quiet and pet friendly with a refunded deposit not a pet fee. The only bad part was that the shower was broken and there was no hot water. So I would suggest you check the shower works as soon as you get the room key.

Nice place in Gomez Palacio. Right in town. Easy to walk around to various places. Secure parking and good breakfast. Was also clean and quiet.

The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was really good, staff was very nice. I had to work and the internet was slow and spotty. Our door also didn't work properly which required us to have a key and our card key which was inconvenient....we also had to ask for no maid service because the door was left unlocked because it wasn't working properly. Location is also great.

No complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful.
