It was good overall. The a/c wasn't working well.

Everything is okay

Disappointed with check-in Had confirmation of a double room. Had a local resident call the hotel to advise late check-in was required and acknowledged by hotel staff. On arrival and check in they had no double room available. Ended up getting two singles for first night (at the price of a double) and a double for the rest of our stay.

Es el segundo Año consecutivo que nos hospedamos en este hotel, no solo mi esposa y yo también algunas amistades, que viajan por separado, y nos reunimos aqui,gracias por su excelente servicio.

Very good service

I liked the cleanliness of the room. I did not like the service in front desk. They charge a lot for extra guests and are not very good at customer service. We where 3 guests staying in a double room and they did not provide towels for all guests. I called front desk to request towels and shampoo and was told that housekeeping was changing staff. I waited and never received my request. Over priced and did not receive good service.

El hotel está muy bien, limpieza excelente, hay estacionamiento y servicio de restaurante.

Habitación impecable

Todo bien! Dos puntos a mejorar las amuradas. Muy altas y duras, y la regadera el chorro pegaba en la pared de enfrente y está fija para ajustar

El hotel bien, normal, nada extraordinario pero cumple con lo necesario. De repente el servicio al cliente si deja mucho que desear.

Mejorar un poco la habitación
