El no informar bien lo que incluye la estancia. Primero te dicen solo incluye desayuno ligero, y las bebidas que vayas a tomar se cargan a la cuenta, y estando ahí la realidad es otra, se canceló la estancia desde el primer día. El familiar que iba a hospedarse ahí quedó muy decepcionados.

Had a wonderful time in the hotel at the pool and breakfast

This is a simple hotel on the beach with some rooms facing the ocean. Rooms are of a typical size. The bathroom is tiny with the sink separated from the toilet and the shower by the door. A typical smell of a hotel room in a tropical climate. Upon check-in they require you to sign a list of house rules, one of which prohibits you from bringing any food or drinks not purchased on premises to your room; quite weird.

Great beachfront view/location

All of the hotel was clean. The ocean side has a beautiful view. Staff was very friendly & bilingual.

Very basic room. Older hotel

Ocean was right outside our door, although the rooms are older it was kept well. Wifi is weak and there was no bathroom items except a bar of soap.

I was expecting a luxurious hotel but it was more of a standard one that suited the Mexican families that stayed. Beachfront was nice but the waves were huge and crashed incessantly. Take earplugs. Honestly not worth the price. I moved to a new hotel in Melaque that was Cdn $65/nt less. Twice the size AND had a kitchenette. If you want luxury in Barra, consider the Grand Isla, it’s not that much more.

We stayed at an ocean view room and was clean amazing view. Hotel location is perfect walking distance to Malecón. On the downs side we wanted to extend our stay but ocean view rooms were booked they offered a room that was not remodeled with view to the town. We decided to take a loook first room had a funny smell we decided not to stay. Seems like those rooms are not remodel like the ocean front. Other that that hotel is great. Staff very attentive and helpful.

Everything was great, nice hotel with a warm pool.

Everything was great here. Very clean, staff was great. Location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It is small but for the price well worth it. I would highly recommend.

We loved the proximity to the ocean and the daily housekeeping. We were disappointed there wasn't a fridge though as in a hot climate its good to be able to keep cool drinks and snacks in your room. Also we had been promised a top floor room but upon arrival the clerk at the desk would not accommodate that. We were there 8 nights a little too long for not having any extras but its a good place for a short stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location near restaurants and shops and right on the beach. Comfortable and clean room. Superb view but i might choose a back room so you don't hear all the waves at night.

The birds and plants in the center atrium were wonderful! The room was a basic room with basic amenities and a good TV. And the staff was helpful. Very welcome Mexican hospitality.

Staff was very accommodating! Rooms were large, ocean side was awesome.

The beds are extremely hard and the room including the a/c was not very well maintained.

I was expecting the room to have shampoo, etc which it did not. Not a big deal, but good to know in advance.

Room was clean, comfortable, and right next to the beach so the sound of waves was always present, which i love. We discovered that only some of the rooms have a smart TV. But who goes to Mexico to watch TV anyway? I'll definitely plan to stay there again.

The room was great, staff helpful, beautiful views! We just would have liked some umbrellas and chairs for the beach.
