Clean and comfortable hotel with good access to Abel Tasman National Park. Not that many dining options in town so best to eat in Nelson before checking in. But solid choice for a hotel in this town

We had a lovely stay, the owners couldn’t do enough to help, we booked for a second night and they rejigged things so that we could stay in our room. It’s on the state highway but the noise wasn’t noticeable at night.

Host was very helpful with information in the area. Property is immaculate.

Prompt and extensive assistance with our day plan of visiting Abel Tasman National Park and taxi advice and assistance on our day of departure. Congeniality top notch.

Nice place to stay when going to Abel Tasman

Nice independent hotel conveniently located on the Main Street in Motueka. Close to Abel Tasman activities and many restaurants.

New owners have freshened everything - very charming and responsive - area a bit noisy on main street, but the trade-off is being close to dining. The fried chicken burger at Smokin' Barrel is amazing!

Facilities excellent, unit was spacious and meticulously cleaned and maintained. Service was outstanding, hosts go the extra mile to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Nautilus Lodge to anyone considering a visit to Motueka.

Great location, old but clean and close to all shops

Very convenient to Kaiteriteri and Abel Tasmin ( 15 min drive). Much closer than Nelson and nice small town. Great restaurants nearby and the owner was very kind. Great value!
