The breakfast was just okay. The pool was closed for maintenance, though no one was working on it. The front-desk staff were very nice. Nonetheless, overall, the Victoria Regia is a nicer hotel.

I was thinking that I paied on the website (I receved a mail from you who said that), but it wasn't right and I do not receved a mail to Say that it not walked. And when thé hôtel said to me that I didn't pay, I answer that yes, I already paid. After vérification, I wasn't pay... So, it was a Lost Time for the hôtel and me to check that. I didn't anderstand because on your mail, you said that it was pays, but in fact no. Some mistake become sometime, but it is necessary to me to tell you that. The hôtel is allright, and really friendly. Regards.

The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer.

Nice option to stay in Iquitos if you are going on business mode. Close to downtown and restaurants. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. I would suggest to improve wifi speed. Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help all the time.

Great service in a prime area. Better then other options in the area (there was a window in my room and floor was a nice marble)
