The property was very cute, and the front desk staff were very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond to our messages on Expedia. The rooms were cleaned well. It's a walkable distance to most things, which was convenient. The room was moist. Everything had a dampness to it, and had a moldy smell in the sheets and comforter. We got in bed, and it even felt like moisture was coming from the mattress itself? The smell was overpowering and took away from the experience at the hotel.At first I thought maybe this was due to the climate, but we had no issues like this at any other hotel on our trip. If there was not the moisture/mold issue, I would have rated this hotel between a 4-5 stars.

I'm sympathetic but it was unacceptable. There were bad mold issues.

The staff are so accommodating and kind. We arrived late at night and had to leave very early before breakfast began. The staff prepared us a take away breakfast that was waiting for us in the lobby when we left. The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. We had a brief but lovely stay.

Great location, warm staffs, and a photogenic property. It’s in the center of everything which made it easy to walk about. There is breakfast included with our booking and they pack the most thoughtful bagged breakfast upon request! Parts of the hotel is worn down and weathered, chipped paints, uneven floor tiles; some touch up is needed. Overall, it is as advertised with most welcoming staffs.

Room was clean, beautiful, and had AC! Breakfast was included and very tasty. Breakfast area was also beautiful! Only downside is that luggage storage is behind the desk, and not always someone there. Doesn’t feel the most secure.

Great little place good location

This property is central and convenient, and our room was spacious and comfortable. It is located along a busier street, so street noise is a bit loud for some rooms, but overall we enjoyed the property for the price.

Ariana was super kind and helpful , she helped me with my luggage and provide all the necessary information for my stay in Lima, I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends.

The property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, seemed safe, However, it's located right on a intersection, when there are cars passing by, they stop and start, making some loud sound. It's a very small hotel, the receptionist is not always at the site, occasionally can make it difficult to contact them. The staffs are very friendly.

We stayed in Lima for one night and this boutique hotel was such a pleasant stay. Location was great, in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were also super friendly. The room also had A/C which was wonderful.

The Lot was an incredible stay. Traveling as a solo woman they were quick to respond and so helpful arranging any transport that I needed. My room was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The water pressure was wonderful too. Their breakfast was just what I needed before a day of traveling. I also loved the location as I was able to run along the Malcon very easily. Thank you for such helpful and friendly staff!

Great location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff

We did not feel the hotel had adequate staff, services, or security for us to stay in the hotel, so we ultimately did not stay at this hotel. We arrived and the reception did not understand proper check in protocol and had limited understanding of the hotel, especially with regards to not knowing our key code to our room door and the appropriate key to the front door. After this, reception told us we had the entire place to ourselves (indeed, nobody else had booked there). Wondering what we should do if there would be a problem getting in given lack of knowledge of the locks/keys and the front gate not locking, reception passed us on to another staff we had never met before via WhatsApp. Reception left while we went to eat, and when we returned there was nobody in the hotel. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in the hotel so we switched hotels. The hotel may have previously been a fully functioning hotel but now it seems the management is limited / nonexistent. I would highly caution against staying here unless big changes are made.

Stay here. Great design, super cool spot felt like I lived in Miraflores for a few days.
