Everything was a bit run down, holes in the wall, paint on the floor, sink drain broken. It was nice to have a jacuzzi but it filled very slowly and couldnt figure out how to turn it on. Pool and hot tub was fun but also a bit run down; both were only about half full.

The spa was everything! Very good service and the hotel it’s very nice and beautiful. Friendly staff, hot water and everything we wanted and more!

This hotel is perfect! Clean, comfy beds, safe, the food is great and it’s very convenient for everything. I love staying here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The room was not clean when arriving and when attempting to shower there was no hot water which then turned into no water at all. The staff claimed they woood contact with regards to a refund as there was no way of staying in a hotel with no hot water and they did not meet the basic standards of the booking agreement. A week later after Expedia trying to intervene they refused to process a refund. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

The hotel is nice - the bed was comfortable and the shower, hot. The rating would have been better if they did not: (1) make the bed without asking me, (2) take a towel from the room and it took most an hour to get it replaced and (3) say that the restaurant is open from 10am to 10pm but no one was there when we arrived at 1pm. The staff is friendly but seem to be overworked.

We felt as though the property over-promised but under-delivered? Yes, it has a lot of amenities like a sauna and pool, but if you're travelling to Cusco for sightseeing you will likely never use those. Furthermore, housekeeping was a little lax, and while the place was clean, there were definitely cracks here and there. Also, we had a jacuzzi in our room, but as soon as we turned it out, the water smelled so foul that we decided not to use it. Not a bad place to stay but probably wouldn't recommend either.

Book the stay!! This was the best stay I’ve ever had! From the massages ($25 usd or 90 soles) to AMAZING food, to the inside pool, the sauna, to the staff, everything was flawless!

I wanted a property that hit my checklist. Comfortable bed, cold room with A/C, a hot shower, safety, and pleasant appearance- this hotel did that. The location was ok; a taxi ride took you to wherever you wanted to go. This hotel works, and I recommend it to anyone. It also had a breakfast, a bar with cocktails, and room service. I was delighted.

Overall, the experience wasn’t great. There was no shower curtain, no exhaust fan, and the AC/heater didn’t work consistently. The bed was very uncomfortable, the walls were thin, and the overall vibe of the place felt off. Honestly spend the extra funds on a better hotel and somewhere closer to the historic area.

The hotel went out of their way to celebrate our honeymoon with a special treat. The hotel doesn’t have much around to do in the immediate area. The towels were very old and could be updated.

Location is far from the historic district and closer to airport. If you’re looking to be closer to restaurants and shops, then this is not the place. We booked this hotel since we were looking for a spa, but you can find multiple spa services in the downtown area

Great staff, we really appreciated the saunas and hot tub at the end of the day.
