The staff are very helpful. We stayed in the new building at this property and found the room to be clean and sufficient. Beds were only twin-size, so a bit small for adults. The location was terrific, an easy walk into town, close to restaurants and sites. We went at the end of November and found it was also easy to walk to the Christmas market. It was quiet and safe.

I am so glad I got the last available room. It was perfect! Everyone was wonderful! Paola was very very kind and helpful upon my arrival to the restaurant. Excellent, genuine service. I brought my cat. So easy. Excellent location.

Gem of a hotel , excellent location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, large rain shower head, bountiful hot water, spacious room. Con: lighting a lil dim in room, but not a big deal.

I can’t say enough about this hotel- amazing cuisine at the restaurant, sauna, gorgeous rooms right in the heart of old town Torun. A truly unique property- and they went above and beyond- stored my luggage for over four hours as I waited for my train. Amazing restaurant staff found a way to charge my phone so I would have enough power for my journey to my next destination. Visit this hotel. It is truly a gem.

perfect weekend

I liked its proximity to Old Town and the Vistula. Beds were a little hard but otherwise the accommodations were good.

Probably the best hotel in Toruń. The food is amazing and the staff are really nice. I really enjoyed the Sauna and gym. Fantastic hotel with a lovely atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time in Torun. 1231 Hotel was great for our needs. It is so close to the Old Town (5 min walk) The hotel was clean, staff were great. Parking was easy Highly recommended

Just be sure you know which room you are getting. From the photo, I booked the new updated portion of the property. That is not what we got. Other than the bath room it was very out of date.

Lovely old converted mill in a great, walkable location at the edge of the old town. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The restaurant was very good, too. I highly recommend having a dinner there. The only reasons (very minor) I would not give 5 stars were: 1. There was a clicking noise from the lights in the hallway that bothered my (adult) kids all night. They told the front desk, but not sure if it was understood. 2. The duvets on the beds were small and difficult to keep our feet covered. But these are very minor complaints. Overall we really enjoyed our stay of 2 nights at 1231.
