Very clean and spacious apartment. It was difficult to locate the apartment, but manager was able to meet me at the apartment.

The apartment wasn't cleaned very well. It's not worth the price I paid. The bed is terribly uncomfortable.

Nice cozy room. Just a walking distance to the zoo and the parks. Also close to the tram. The place was quite nice and safe. There are shops nearby to easily get few things and the galleria Katowice is not so far away

Great location, great interaction with the host. Few grocery shops nearby, close to public transport, short walk from the Slaski Stadium. Pretty much checks all the boxes.

It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. A written explanation or a map would be useful.

Great property, very clean and nice view over the park. Host was fantastic, met us as we got out the taxi and even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport upon our departure

I had a wonderful stay and the apartment made me feel like home there. the view outside my window is amazing, it is facing the park and we can see the sunrise in the morning. I will book it again next time when I visit Katowice

The apartment had all the facilities we needed and more, we got a bus from just outside to the centre - it only took 8-10 minutes and they were all great. We will definitely be back - really well thought through and cared for!

Location was walkable, place was clean and fully equipped. NESPRESSO machine and capsules was great surprise, washing machine, comfortable bed with enough linens and covers, small fridge ; kirchen with dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies, plenty of cable channels, fast Wi-Fi and professional management … 216 address is actually entire building , not the apartment. Apt for gos is 212 and 214.. so gps will lead to 216 only. Apartments are 2 through 12 floors inside address of 216 building..

Fantastic place, with great management!

Nice modern apartment. Functional basic kitchenette, i had to clean the frying pan before us but that aside everything was good. Warm, (December travel), comfy, decent views, close to a tram stop which runs into the city, close to the park. The owner met me close to midnight on arrival day, took me up to the apartment and gave me a quick tour, great service for that time. The place is a little difficult to find so make sure you receive a map in advance, it’s tucked away round the back off the Main Street but that’s only an issue if you’re not prepared for it.

Very friendly staff. Exceptionally friendly in fact. Had car park included which we didn’t know. Lots of conveni new stores around. Bed was a bit hard but not a big deal.

Great stay and fantastic service. We were on the road and getting in late and our host greeted us at a later hour. Very nice and clean rooms. We wished after that our plans would have allowed us to stay a few days at this location.

As several others have stated, this apartment is very hard to find. It took us 30 minutes from the bus station in the rain using GPS, and we still had to ask someone for directions. But, worse, when we arrived, we found the hall and apartment dark and dirty. The washing machine was moldy and made the entire apartment smell. There was also old food in the refrigerator. And the room was dark with grey walls and black and red curtains. We were so unhappy, we said we wanted to shorten our stay to one night. We were then told that the apartment would refund the second night. When we published our honest review of the apartment, the owner told us they would not refund the second night and argued that no one has ever published a negative review for them (which is not true). They are DISHONEST and in denial about how awful the apartment is. We want to warn others that this is not a nice place and that the owners go back on their word and are not to be trusted.

Super nice Apartment, with all necessities! The service was very good. The room was clean, good sized, and the bed was comfortable. It's really close to the huge Silesia city center mall!

The location was impossible to find and the parking was a far walk from the apartment. Parking spaces were ridiculously small. It was located in a space with tall apartment buildings in every direction. It is unfortunate because the space was nice. Public transportation was a far walk, not accessible by foot to the city center.
