Although the staff was very friendly, not even the reception employees spoke English which made communication very difficult. The room was very spacious although there were spiderwebs around the ceiling and the deadlock did not work. The key card sleeve indicated that the restaurant was open until 11 PM. When I went down at 10:15, they were already closed and there was no option to order a snack or even a glass of wine. There was no minibar in the room either. Also, they applied no salt to the driveway or parking, which was a veritable sheet of ice. All in all an overpriced and disappointing stay.

Beautiful hotel, with nice staff members. Had a good dinner there. However, the internet did not work, at all. Plus breakfast did not start until 0800. This makes it difficult to work for business people.

Road to access the hotel is awful, literally a track with holes everywhere. Wifi is absolutely awful. Impossible to conduct meetings or stream anything. Phone signal also awful. "GYM" no running machine, no weight machines, just a load of free weights chucked into a small room. Power went off multiple times during the Sunday evening / night. No explanation given as to why. No emergency lighting in the room. No remote for the AC and no radiators in the room, so room was cold. I dont understand how this hotel can be listed as 4 star! Food in the restaurant was good, choices quite limited though. Choice of drinks also quite limited.

Great property. The only issue is the carpet in the room was stained with an orange paint like substance (at least 2 rooms).

Really beautiful view of Lake Powidz. IT is cozy and nice. You get the feel of owning lakefront property without doing all your own maintenance. My family and I enjoyed it. I liked its modern design. My kids like the pancakes for dinner options on the kid's menu.

Nice place, there is nothing to besides what the hotel offfers. It is very isolated. If that is what a person wants, this is the place.

Amazing location

Die Hotel Lage ist wunderschön. Einer der saubersten Seen die ich gesehen habe. Das Personal is sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bereit. Das Essen is gut und die Preise akzeptabel. Die Matratzen sind etwas durch die Klimaanlage macht Geräusche wie ein Whirlpool was den Schlaf stört. Das WLAN ist katastrophal ich war dort auf Geschäftsreise und es war problematisch meine Dinge zu erledigen.

Tolle Lage am See, Zufahrt über Feldweg, dann positive Überraschung
