Clean, friendly place though a little on the basic side. Breakfast was okay. One gripe - the curtains in my room were very flimsy and it was very bright in there at 5am. I can handle that but i know people who cannot! Oh, and the wifi was a bit iffy - good in the lobby and breakfast room, missing in my bedroom.

Perfect location right in middle of Old Town. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the city with easy access to everywhere 😊 Lovely, helpful reception staff. Few issues due to the age of hotel, which were resolved with alternatives.

A beautiful, clean, and convenient little hotel in the heart of the lovely city of Lublin. I would definitely recommend staying there and will come back when it town again. P.S. Breakfast was fresh and delicious!!

Loved Vanilla Hotel! Right in Old Town, and close to all the shops! It was clean, the receptionist was kind, helpful and friendly. Only draw back was, because it was so close to Old Town, it was noisy outside. You could hear the music and voices until midnight. But…I’d stay there again!!! Great place!

Good old hotel, right in the town centre and the Old Town giving easy access to the bars and restaurants. Hotel was clean and tidy, pleasant and helpful receptionist, car parking easy walking distance, breakfast had plenty of choice. I would stay here again.

The hotel is completely renovated and modernized on the inside, but historic-looking on the outside. The location is fantastic, right at the pedestrian street in old town Lublin, a mere 5-min walk from the castle. The breakfast was delicious, with hot and cold items. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in Lublin. Loved that you get a discount on Cafe Vanilla too. Best breakfast in all hotels in Poland. Different polish dishes not just bacon and toast. We will stay here for every trip to Lublin.

Great hotel, just outside the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable and the breakfasts are generous. It is easy to see everything in the Old Town and there are many shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. The bus station is within walking distance and the bus to Majdanek stops nearby too.

Very nice new hotel close to in the nicest street of Lublin. Staff were not very friendly and service oriented. The in-room safe was not working and the staff could not be bothered to do anything about it. Buffet breakfast was "first come first served"; if you did not get there before nine, the buffet was nearly empty.

A nice modern hotel in a great position. Breakfast was very good and was restaurant quality. They gave a very compehensive take away breakfast for our last morning when we had to leave early. The only negative was the bed was very hard and pillows hard and thin.
