Good room, excellent spa, with good size swimmable pool and saunas. Excellent restaurant. It's a bit a walk to the old town, but nothing long on a bike.

The location of the property is perfect. Central to everything needed in Zamosc. Has all the amenities needed at the hotel to include a spa and restaurant.

Stayed overnight for business. Room was of a high standard with excellent air conditioning system! Ate dinner in the restaurant - food was traditional Polish to a very high standard. Checked out at midday and was able to stay in the restaurant area and complete some work. All staff very polite and helpful throughout my stay - on disappointed I didn't have time to try the spa!

The room was comfortable and well appointed. However, shower hose fitting was loose and so hose not held securely and tended to shoot water over shower glass. Curtain, when closed, slipped out of runner too easily. That aside, the reception staff were helpful and welcoming, both at checking in and checking out time. The highlight for us was an excellent meal in the hotel's restaurant. Three courses........and delicious. Our waitress Jolante, was excellent, in timing, manner, knowledge. Note: we booked online 2 nights beforehand. Very happy with website and hotel. Would recommend hotel strongly and visit again.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. Great food and one of the best spa's I have ever seen. People super friendly. My wife is planning a class reunion there in 3 years time

We stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Zamosc, and were very pleased with our visit. The staff was very accommodating and the facilities were very pleasant. The grounds of the hotel are also worth of mention and are very, very pretty. The location is good as well - by car everything, especially the old town, is very easily accessible. The breakfast buffet is also elaborate and very good.

It was actually really great. The room was spacious and clean. I ate dinner at their restaurant and the black tagliatelle with scampi was delicious. As I had to leave the hotel early I asked the reception for breakfast to go. When I received my breakfast it was a huge amount, enough both for breakfast and lunch, and it was really good. The salad included was probably the best salad I have ever had.

Wszystko byłoby naj… gdybym nie musiał dopłacić do pokoju z jednym dużym łóżkiem zamiast dwóch mikroskopijnych. Przydzielono mi bowiem coś jak na koloniach dla nastolatków. Jak poprzednio, na śniadaniu kłopot z świeżym pieczywem. Jakieś było ale skórka ani ciepła ani chrupiąca. Spa jak zawsze fajne.

Personal nicht gerade freundlich,. Zimmer okay, Frühstück sehr gut. Etwa 4km weit vom Zentrum von Zamosc.

Hotel uwazam najlepszy w okolicy. Bardzo dobra kuchnia.

Zamość zaskoczył nas kompletnie, aż dziw bierze, że polskie miasto może być takie fajne.

Cztery gwiazdki i wygórowana cena chyba tylko za SPA.. Łóżko małżeńskie wygodne ale wąska, praktycznie jednoosobowa kołdra. Po interwencji dodano drugą. Pokój niewygodny, ze skośnym sufitem. W nocy można nabić sobie guza. Pościel mocno zużyta. Personel bardzo miły ale w Zamościu to standard. Trafiliśmy na sezon wesel więc łomot i kłopot z parkowaniem ale rozkład pokoi w stosunku do sal balowych dobrze pomyślany i nie słychać. Rewelacyjna oferta śniadaniowa.
