Very convenient, clean, and quiet. Very nice bathrooms and rooms

Friendly staff, very busy hostel.

Great location in the back side of the building. This was good as it eliminated the street noise as hotel's street has an active night life. Everything was clean in the room and bathroom. Shower was excellent. My only complaint was that we got to our room right after it had been cleaned. The cleaning person smoked a cigarette in the room before leaving it. The room was non smoking and the air was thick when we entered. Eventually the air cleared and the room did not smell. There was no thermostat in the room.

I've booked an std room with shared bathroom on the Flamingo Hostel and they sent me to another unit ''Old Town Apartments'' on different building. Once in the room, you could hear literally everything on the street. In overall I've stayed in one room that wasn't on the property photo's and to be honest, it's an great deal in terms of price - quality only if don't want to sleep at all. Not recommended.

Bardzo sympatyczne miejsce. Hostel zlokalizowany zaraz przy Rynku. Czyste, ładnie urządzone pokoje. Miła, bardzo pomocna obsługa. Polecam.

There was no breakfast even if exists in their site. But the location was awesome.

It was a hostel. I got in late, slept and left early. Did exactly what I needed it to do. Warm room and hot shower.

I was traveling to Krakrow alone for few days. I have been staying there. The room is not bad, but the WiFi is not quite working all the time in the room. That's just for iPhone. But the atmosphere is good. They have party everything at 9pm, which you can get along with the people there. It's enjoyable.

Staff are really nice and helpful. They even reserved an ice cream for me when I was waiting the check in process. Location is the best you can find. However, the 4-bed room I stayed was a bit small and not tidy. Can't complain more. A nice stay

It was a good clean hostel. An excellent location to main krakow square. One of the male staff though was really nasty. The rest of staff were nice.

La habitación estaba limpia pero de inicio la persona que estaba en el escritorio fue grosera. Después como que se dio cuenta de que la había regado y cambió, pero la primera impresión no se olvida. Pensé que había contratado en hotel y fue hostal.

Super fint hostel, med yderst kompetent, venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til centrum og seværdigheder - alt er i gåafstand. Eneste minus var, at vi boede i et værelse ud til gaden, hvor der var meget larm til langt ud på de små timer.

Hotel , super bem localizado , limpo , staff educados , infelizmente me colocaram em um quarto muito pequeno , tinha que passar por cima da mala para andar no quarto .

+ Lage super, aber das war es auch schon - WLAN funktionierte nur selten - das versprochene Frühstück (deswegen hatten wir das Flamingo u.a. gebucht) existierte nicht, da die Unterkunft laut Rezeption nicht mehr das "Flamingo Hostel" ist, sondern jetzt anders heißt und ein neues Konzept hat - in unserem Zimmer gab es keinen Spiegel - das Bett war sehr unbequem

Veldig bra service! Midt i gamlebyen, dermed veldig sentralt. Det er ikkje frukost, sjølv om det står på nokre bestillingsider, dei sa dei ikkje har hatt det på fleire år! Det var òg veldig rimeleg for meg som student. Vil definitivt vere her ein evt. neste gong òg!! :) The staff were amazing! The hostel was in the middle of old town and the traffic communication was good. Even though it says "including breakfast" on some ordering pages, that is not true. The staff said they haven't had it for years! As a student, it was also very cheap! I will definitely stay here if I'm going to Krakow again!!

Den som tänkt sig att sova kan fetglömma detta, eftersom man bor ovanpå en nattklubb som stänger kl. 05.00. Tunna madrasser i spjälsängar där flera av spjälorna fattades.

這裡寫有wifi,含早餐，有廚房，與實際完全不符。 十分失望。 唯職員熱心助人 態度親切。
