Staff very friendly and helpful as always. However, access is now restricted and the main door is locked after midnight.

Building support column in middle of room, which was cramped to begin with. No microwave, iron, ironing board. Armoire could not be fully opened account lack of clearance from luggage rack. Unsecured access to guest room corridors.

The wifi was not working for the whole of my stay, very annoying. Receptionist tried to fix it on the first night but still no connection. Next morning was the same. Very inconvenient because I couldn’t work on my laptop.

Bolt on the room door was inoperative. Air conditioning for the entire building was out when I checked in, which I didn't discover until I got to my room and asked about it. TV service only has maybe 20 channels, out of hundreds available, and no custom guide, so the guest has to scroll through all of them to find the ones that work. And at first, it seems like the system doesn't work at all, so assistance from the front desk is required, instead of them explaining it at check in.

Central. Responsive and warm staff. Clean and pleasant room. Bed super comfy. No complaints. Good value for money.

Great staff, great location, the value for money is okay but of course with this price you don't expect too much from it, the room condition is below average.

Disappointing stay overall. Shower can’t be used by multiple people one after the other as the bathroom floods due to poor/slow drainage. Ignore any advertisements saying the hotel has AC - whilst this is technically true it doesn’t actually blow cold air and as such rooms without windows are stuffy and uncomfortable. This was raised to hotel staff however requests for fans were ignored and no maintenance seemed to be on hand to inspect the problem. Door was locked at 12am with a number to phone if you need to get in - this did work however left us a little uncomfortable of any fire procedures during unmanned hours. For a one night layover then it is a passable budget room however keep expectations rock bottom as not to be disappointed.

Hotel is centrally located and about a ten minute walk from the station. Room was what we needed as only there for one night. Bathroom was clean with shower. Being in the centre shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. Vending machine in reception area. Staff very friendly.

Very basic and austere hotel, and frankly not a budget price (but I was there at a very busy time with most hotels filled up). Staff was great, very friendly and eager to help. First floor rooms have no windows.

David, the night desk clerk, was outstanding. On site bike rentals were a major plus in cyclist heavy The Hague. Rooms had no windows. Property had zero grounds. No irons or boards in rooms. No dry cleaning service.

Great location. Quick walk to Grote Markt for bars and restaurants. Also handy for shopping around Spui.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was lerge enough. The beds are made regularly, and the sheets and towels are changed often enough. But I don't think they actually clean the rooms very often. The location is very urban. Within a few hundred meters of the hotel are many fine restaurants and cafes as well as a busy shopping street with high-end stores. Also, across the street is a Salvation Army Service Center, so you will meet people from all walks of life. The hotel has a long list of rules, including specific criminal behavior they do not allow. This makes me wonder if they have had these things occurring there in the past. Be aware of your surroundings, and enjoy your stay.

The fridge was not cleaned when we first got to the room, and house keeping could not come to clean it until the morning, that was very disappointing. Room was decently clean besides stains and burned parts of the carpet.

The neighborhood isn't very nice ... to many coffee shops where they sell weed....

Easy checkin, very friendly staff. Free luggage storage one piece per person. Clean room and facility. Our room is a standard room on ground floor, no window, could get a bit hot when central heat is on. Not sure why there's constant water flowing sound through the pipe on the ceiling after 18:00 maybe, but that didn't bother us. We found it quite soothing for our sleep. It's located right at heart of china town but not noisy at all. Walking distance to metro, bus, or even just 15 mins to train station.
