This is a major case of inaccurate advertising, possibly due in part to language and cultural differences. The images on hotels.com are misleading. This is not a small BNB - it’s a large compound with a central barn type structure that has been renovated with meeting rooms and apartments in the loft. It’s more boutique event space than BNB. The room was nice and modern, uncomfortable single couch bed not withstanding. There was no service until breakfast when we encountered nice but young staff. All hotel info was in Dutch (no English translation). Our room was not the same as shown on hotels.com (much smaller). The hot tub costs €75!! It is not included as the marketing would suggest. Overall it was a disappointment, but at the same time it was OK for one night of a long road trip.

Pros - Reasonably quiet - Comfortable king bed - Bathrobes provided ✔️ - 2 armchairs and a small occasional table in our room ✔️ - Outdoor “greenhouse” living room shared area - Kettle and coffee maker in room - Way out in the countryside - Coffee machine and fridge in a common kitchen area Cons - Small room, quite cramped - Nice shower but nowhere to put soap or shampoo. (The floor maybe??) - No shelf in bathroom for toiletries - B&B only. No restaurant as advertised - Very isolated. Car is a necessity as it’s way out in the countryside - Primarily a conference venue. - Room was quite cold - no A/C and heating didn’t work. This was a 2 day R&R stopover for us and we were looking forward to a quiet night and restful days. Lovely property which even has its own chicken run so you’re assured of fresh eggs for breakfast. Only problem with that is the rooster who starts crowing at the crack of dawn. However, all in all we enjoyed our stay here.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in the Cato apartment at 'T Hof Olmenstein. The apartment was large, beyond clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a wonderfully deep tub, and we also enjoyed using the kitchen for a night in. The continental breakfast was wonderful, too.

Gratis upgrade gekregen naar de Suite.Prachtig ruim.Maar in de keuken ontbrak het aan een magnetron.Sowieso was de keuken aan vervanging toe.Wel prima badkamer.De digitenne (ja het bestaat nog)voor de TV viel erachter uit.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und sind sehr gern wieder gekommen. Es hat wieder Spaß gemacht, die Leihräder zu nehmen und nach Goes und an die Schelde zu fahren. Abends war der Aufenthalt mit Tee und Gebäck in einem Wohn-/Konferenzraum möglich. Und das Frühstück war wieder köstlich!

Uiterst vriendelijk zowel eigenaresse, dochter als personeel, als diegene die verantwoordelijk is voor de tuin en met mensen werkt die afstand hebben tot de arbeidsmarkt. Dus niet alleen biologisch maar ook maatschappelijk betrokken.

De kamer was fantastisch! Het personeel was ronduit te gek. Zo vriendelijk en bereid overal te helpen. Het ontbijt was ook top. Wat een aanrader!
