Pleasant surprise, I had been to Moss before and walked past a few times without giving it a second thought. However, having stayed it is a nice hotel, the room was very spacious and well kept. The breakfast options were surprisingly large and varied. A free hot drink when ever you wanted downstairs, the taxi ordering facility either for now or later. The free use of umbrella`s which was very useful on one occasion. All round a genuinely nice hotel with friendly staff, would happily stay again.

Spacious and nice rooms

There are lots of options of shopping and eating around the hotel. The staff were so kind to provide very efficient laundry service for us - pick up at 6pm and return before 8am the next morning. We need an elevator, though!

The room was lovely and spacious and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. There is a great choice for breakfast. The hotel is in the centre of town, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and ferry port.

This hotel is centrally located and us close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff is amazing, very helpful and accommodating.

Great stay and location. I booked a hotel room for 20 days and were offered an apartment upon arrival, which I choose. It was new, clean and spacious. I still got to have the hotel breakfast which had a good selection and was tasty.

Hotel was very nice. Highlight however was the man who checked us in while we were soaking wet having just walked from the bus station at 12:30 PM. Incredibly friendly and kind and instantly put us in a better mood.

This wasn't my first choice hotel for the cost, but I was overall pleasantly surprised. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and albeit quite small it had some quirky features and a firm, comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were a mixture of dated and renovated. The bathroom looks like it had previously been a wet room judging by its sloping concrete floor, but the new self contained shower suite was excellent. Toilet and basin were excellent quality. Breakfast was nice and very varied, lots of choice for everything. Nice fresh juices and a bean to cup coffee machine on offer.

Service excellent in a little older Hotel.

Booked the hotel as it had laundry possibilities, as we needed this after a long motorcycle trip. But it was wrong in the hotels.com app. The staff fixed it however, with a smile, letting us use the hotels own laundry room. Not what wanted but a solution! The staff was very friendly, met three of them and all received us great. The breakfast was wellmade and suitable for most. The room was nice, we had a nice view, and spacious. Free parking if you register your vehicle in the lobby.

Nicer old city style hotel with mostly up to date features and services. Included buffet breakfast, wi-fi and parking (with voucher from front desk) right behind the hotel. If Moss is your destination, it centrally located to shopping, the harbor and church. We were passing through on the E6, but found it a pleasant diversion. Only minor complaint was the room lighting. We had nice size room with a small sofa, but the was only 1 light switch for a bout 6 different lights overhead. It made for a bright room, but no reading lamp for sofa made it unless for reading.

Will definitely go back, lovely hotel, staff and food.

Basic hotel, no restaurant. Rooms are basic, bathrooms small, shower difficult to operate. Unfortunately, not much choice in Moss, so you are stuck with a choice of two hotels.

We only stayed one night and arrived late because of our travel schedule. But the room was lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and the staff very accommodating. Would highly recommend, especially if flying out of Rygge.
