The hotel staff was very kind and friendly, making it easy for guests to find information they didn't understand. The receptionist's friendliness is highly commendable. However, the Wi-Fi didn't connect yesterday, which could be a point of review for the hotel. Furthermore, the hot water wasn't working optimally, so this needs to be addressed in the future.

The location is very strategic with direct views of Lake Toba. However, the breakfast needs improvement due to its lack of variety. There's no protein (meat or chicken), but it's all carbohydrates. There's only fried rice, rice noodles, noodles, porridge, and bread.

I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, but the room was not ready so I had to wait for 30 minutes until I could enter the room.

Everything took so long. Asked for hotel slippers, they took an hour to be given. Towels weren't provided upon check-in. Asked for towels, they came in 30 minutes, and after showering, they still hadn't arrived. Hot water was told to wait 30 minutes, but the water wasn't hot, and I waited an hour. Asked for room tissue because they hadn't provided it upon check-in, and they didn't give it until check-out. The food lacked salt. I thought it was good because there were lots of rooms and it was quite expensive, but a cheaper room would be better than this hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are also clean, for free breakfast, maybe in the future the menu can be added to the variety, but it's okay to be able to eat without looking for a food stall again early in the morning.

Overall hotel staff are friendly, cleanliness is also okay. Room facilities such as Wi-Fi cannot be used at all, connected but exclamation marks like Wi-Fi has not been paid for in general, even worse, the lights go on and off 3 times, shooting the whole hotel, the side dish menu is also lacking in my opinion ... how come fried rice is accompanied by omelettes and fried vermicelli? There is no fish or chicken at all as other side dish options ... what about visitors who don't eat eggs, The drink options are also only tea, coffee & water .. cold ones like orange juice / cucumber juice also seem to need to add variety at breakfast ... a class of hotel around 700 thousand that I booked on the app with the service and breakfast when there is still not worth it in my opinion .... The standard double room as far as I know is drawn using a window view ... eh given one without a window, instead asked to add a fee by the reception.

The place is comfortable, situated high up, so we can have a clear view of Lake Toba. The kids also enjoy swimming while taking in the beautiful view. I love it... I love it ☺️

The location of the room is close to the road and the room is not soundproof, making rest less comfortable. Maybe you can try to make the room more soundproof.
