The room was rough around the edges. The walls were very neat up. The hotel that they brought us to wasn't in the main hotel. It was in the annex building which was 2 blocks away from the main hotel which had no elevator and two flights of stairs.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star. Only thing going for it is the location.

Location was great as it was close to many attractions such as the steps, Trevi fountain, pantheon. Shopping was literally right around the corners. The room was in very good condition but we were situations about 3min from where we checked into the hotel. We also didn’t have an elevator in our building. The last thing was being asked to pay for the hotel/city taxes in cash. They wouldn’t accept payment in any other form, which made it inconvenient.

The staff here was wonderful! The hotel was clean and safe. Very walkable.

We had a great stay at this hotel, friendly staff, great location and comfortable bedding. The room was very spacious with a good size closet. The only thing is that it’s a very small elevator, thankfully we were on the third floor so we used the stairs a few times going up and down. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great people looming after their guests like they’re the most important people in the world. The hotel is modern and trendy but the feel is homely and very special. Well done and hope to be back soon.

Great little hotel, very friendly, good aircon (you can set it to 17 degrees), shower is good, great internet.

The room was nice and clean, and has all the amenities that you need. The bed was comfortable and I felt great to sleep in. The hotel is surrounded by lot of shops and restaurants which made the stay really convenient. Spanish Steps is only a 5-minute walk and within 30 minutes walk for other main attractions. If you’re planning for guided day trips, the meeting point is usually at Piazza Apollo which is only within a 10-minute walk from this hotel. It is a safe neighborhood and I would definitely stay here again for my next Rome visit.
