The only remarkable thing about this property is its location

Great location, central in the financial district. Very clean, simple and elegant rooms. Kitchen is compact and functional, has the necessities you need. Beautiful view from the front balcony, however expect substantial street noise at night due to being in the heart of the action.

The place is perfectly located, be aware there is not handicap access to the building.

Shops and restaurants were walking distance, clean rooms and early check in when available.

Stay was very nice and has great value for price! Location is decent and safe. One thing I wasn't able to know beforehand is thag there is no A/C.

I loved all the shops nearby! Definitely gives city vibes but the hotel did not have an AC at all and it was so hot. They only had a little fan that barely blew any cold air. I love the area, but I definitely wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Interesting hotel in a great location

Fantastic location and the view from the roof is amazing. The rooms are dated but access to a kitchen was nice.

Staff was lacking. Late check-in from staff. Rooms need maintenance. Showers are old and don’t work. Curtains need repair. Do not recommend. Hotel charged more than what was booked for initially.

Wonderful Staff, Unbearable Noise We stayed at this hotel for three weeks, which gave us plenty of time to experience both its strengths and major flaws. The staff is genuinely kind, professional, and helpful, and they did their best to accommodate us, including moving us to another room. Unfortunately, the hotel suffers from extreme noise and poor soundproofing, which made restful sleep nearly impossible. Our first room faced the street and was unbearably loud. After being moved, we discovered that sound travels freely between rooms due to a noticeable gap between the door and the wall, resulting in zero privacy and constant disturbance. The hotel’s policy of charging only for the first night and requesting guest feedback the next day before collecting the remaining balance suggests management is already aware of these ongoing noise issues. After three weeks, the lack of quiet was exhausting. If you value sleep, privacy, or a peaceful stay, this hotel will likely disappoint. Bottom line: Exceptional staff, but serious soundproofing problems make this hotel unsuitable for a comfortable stay.

Bed was a bit hard and the next door room was under construction so very noisy also the hall was very dusty
