The room was good. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms were clean, pool area and pool were clean. Pool area and seating areas were nice. Carmelita at the front desk was amazingly helpful and oh so patient with us non Spanish speaking people. She helped us navigate the public transportation- Didi/ colectivos/ buses and taxis. The place needs a little love and the restaurant is hit and miss but for the money, it’s clean and the beds are good.

Pros: I liked that it is easy access and close to the airport. The property itself is pretty. It has its own parking lot. The view from the room is beautiful, towards the River. The rooms are very spacious. And the fact that it has air conditioner is a huge plus. Also, there is cold and hot water which is really good. I did not go to the pool but I saw it and it looks very inviting. It has a changing area, a restroom and tables. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back here. Cons: There’s the hotel and that’s it. There are no stores or restaurants walking distance. There are several though within driving distance. You can use a taxi service but the receptionist did not recommend it for safety issues. The shower and toilet are in the same room. The hotel restaurant closed early since there was only one other guest (although the lady made an exception and cooked some french fries for us, which was nice of her.) The beds are spacious (king/full and twin) but the sheets are a little hard and the pillows high. Overall, we did enjoy the hotel for the money paid. I would definitely come back.

It was central to both Tuxtla and Chiapa de corzo other than that not a lot of positive about this place.

Expedia advertises breakfast and dining available but not so. Proprietor provided coffee when requested. Property on highway with very limited view of river. Public transport readily available

El hotel ciertamente tiene una ubicación y vista excepcional para algunas habitaciones, pero al borde de un camino de 4 voces frente al puente que cruza el río donde el muelle de salida hacia el cañón es bastante práctico, pero nuestra habitación no era muy agradable para comparar. Otros, el hotel estaba vacío, podríamos haber tenido una pequeña mejora con una habitación en el primer piso, que preferimos.

Es un hotel muy bonito hermosa vista, pero le falta mas para mi gusto es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Necesita mas cuidado y limpieza.

Muy bien , únicamente que está ubicado en una cueva antes de llegar al puente del Río grijalba
