Lifts were slightly confusing but overall a beautiful luxurious hotel which I would definitely recommend to others and also stay again myself.

The property looked gorgeous and has many amenities. The staff was professional, welcoming, and helpful in every way. I have stayed in another One and Only property many years ago and the experience was phenomenal. Therefore, once I was aware that there was another property in Dubai, I booked it. The property and service was impeccable and was a great experience!

We had an incident they stolen 1400$ from the bag.tried to talk with the security from the hotel but they didn’t want to cooperate.they just ignored

Great location. Great building and hotel all round. Mediocre breakfast. Wish the infinity pool was useable for kids.

We loved this place so much, it has amzimg view the staff was excellent from the hotel loby to the rooftop bar to all restaurants their customer service was 1000% everyday day. The hotel was very clean and they made our 10 years anniversary enjoyable.

Really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was truly remarkable. Excellent property. One of the best in Dubai.

The staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to assist with any request. My room was spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view. The on-site dining experience was exceptional, offering a delicious and varied menu. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable stay.

Not worth the money. The staff is very rough with urge to serve you comparing to any such high end stay hotels. Wasn’t impressed.

This is a new hyper high end city resort in Dubai. Its unique spacious suites, amazing service and super location make it easy to recommend. Well done!

Few things that do this hotel the lowest of all the One & Only Hotels in Dubai: - kids are not allowed to enter the infinity pool area, nowhere on this site does it say that.. -they have a kids area pool - with 3 interconnected pools, out of the 3, kids are allowed in only 1 of them, even if the are only 80-90 deep. - to get to the kids pool area you have 2 switch 3 elevators in 2 building blocks and with the air conditioning - it's a nightmare when you are with children. - staff is just normal, always trying to help but never in fact doing anything. - the people from the breakfast area, the staff, they are rude an tired at 9.00 AM. The most i waited for a coffee - was around 40 min, with an average of 20. Incredible i would say... The hotel is new, beautiful, etc... however, the people and the awkwardness of the property was making our stay difficult and bad. I wouldn't go back and i would advise any1 with children to skip this one.

The hotel, the rooms and the atmosphere is amazing and luxurious, but the service is disappointing. I excepted the service more attentive, they were very slow and did not meet the standard of a 5 star hotel.
