Pool looks not clean and home service is not good as they dont clean the room except if i ask for and the hot water was not working in the bathroom but overall experience was amazing and we loved the hostel and definitely will book again if i visit again

Ideal location. Very easy to meet new people and make friends. Chilled during the day but really active on night times which is great. I had so much fun. The pool and gym were added bonuses

Over all mad monkey in phuket was very nice just the outside surrounding is a bit older but we cant avoid that being its location in #phuket which is a beach locstion.

The staff was very nice, particularly Ben, he made us feel very welcome. There was a band of singers that were really good, the facilities is overall clean and very well organized, though the bed was hard not that comfortable in the private room and there could have been more towels, thats why I put a 4star overall, but really good for a hostel

I was in a private room which was extremely basic, considering they charge as much as a regular hotel for these rooms. The bed and pillow are rock hard, the water pressure in the shower is non existent, sheets weren’t replaced in the 5 night I was there. There’s no safe, fridge, tv, hair dryer. Super basic. Would not recommend and would not return.

Travelled from Canada solo. Age 45. Mad Monkey was fantastic. Chill upbeat vibes during the day. From around 6:30pm-11:30pm was fun party vibes. Quiet times from Midnight to Noon"ish". Easy 5 min walk to patong beach and 10 min walk to crazy Bangla road nightlife. Anything you could want or need is everywhere around you at all times. Very social atmosphere with awesome staff. Justin and Win took great care of me. Coming back next year with friends and will only stay here again. I'm gonna email you Justin for my old room before I come back Haha. Cheers!

It was the best place for solo traveller. You’ll be meeting alot of friendly guest and the staff will make you feel at home from the bar tenders who made awesome margaritas for me almost every night to the event staff planning nightly activities for the guest. I will definitely come back and bring along my friends to experience Phuket with Mad Monkey.

This is a great party hotel. Staff are very accommodating and super friendly. The food is great and music is really good too! I was there on business, so didn't get much chance to party. The only thing I would ask is that I had a fridge in my room. Aside from that, everything was great. A special thanks to the reception staff, Pin, Fon, Nan for always helping me with printing document's and Rianny for giving me a late checkout. Kind Regards Bradley

出国日　朝３時　タクシー予約して800バーツ支払ったが　タクシーを1時間待ったが迎えに来なかった。 現地の通貨も両替出来なく飛行機の時間に間に合わないとこだった！

Gostei muito do quarto e que o banheiro era privativo mas o chuveiro do quarto não estava funcionando, a água sai e para de sair a todo momento, fica quente e fria de repente. Esse problema do chuveiro foi péssimo pois não havia outro banheiro comum com chuveiro para usarmos, e apesar de falarmos na recepção, não arrumaram.
