The hotel was very comfortable and nice. There was a water fountain show in front of the room. The kids could learn about plants. It was a very pleasant stay. The only thing lacking was the breakfast menu.

Come back soon!!! Everything's okay, I want to extend my stay, but the rooms are full. Next time, I'll stay longer.

We booked the family suite. The room was spacious and enough for 5-6 persons I think. The room is very clean. But be careful in the tiles in the bathroom is a little bit slippery. The breakfast is Indonesian food and delicious. But there's not so many choice and by the time we got there (around 9 am), the food was already ran out. on the day we stayed there, it was raining all day so we spend all of time there in the room not explore the other area there. overall the hotel is good and suitable for family time.

the place is nice, just the room I booked, the size is a bit narrow, but it doesn't matter, because it's close to the fountain show. the distance to the lobby is quite far, but it doesn't feel like it because you can enjoy the beautiful garden. the food at the rest is also delicious.

Pros: - nice view from the room - all facilities are functioning well - nice light show, quite entertaining Cons: - narrow room size (for deluxe hill view) even when walking often bumps into the bed - sink position is separate from the toilet, next to the bed - check-in time 15:00, check out 11:30

The atmosphere is very beautiful and cool, perfect for refreshing.

The place is nice and strategic. Only at night the lighting is dim. The bed especially the twin bed is a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet but the menu has few variations. The hotel staff is very helpful.

Complimentary breakfast is really bad. The choices and the taste are bad. Strangely, the restaurant in the same building is not bad at all.

The staff of Mba Anis are very friendly and helpful. Other staff are also very responsive in helping. Strategic location, very beautiful view. Very suitable if you bring family especially children because there is a fountain show every night and there are also playground facilities for children. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. There are many instagrammable photo spots and you can also pick fruits and vegetables, if you go to Bedugul, you will definitely stay here again. The afternoon tea is also very delicious👍🏻

The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere of the Resort and Hotel is pleasant, we stayed for 3 days 2 nights. in the hotel room.. However, our hotel room was very narrow (not a family type), the space to move was very limited. Even to put the luggage, it was quite draining.
