The hotel staff is friendly. The surroundings are truly beautiful. The rooms are clean and nice. You can enjoy a spectacular fountain attraction right outside your balcony. Recommended.

A comfortable place for a family staycation. The environment is cool and beautiful, and quite clean. The dancing fountain show at night is very captivating, especially if you're bringing small children. A suggestion would be to provide brighter lighting, as it can be quite dark at night.

The facilities are excellent for a hotel of this price. Comfortable lounges, a comprehensive food menu, and fun free activities like tea picking and fountains. I'll definitely be back. However, please improve the taste of the food.

Every year-end, I always stay at this hotel because everything is satisfactory, the rooms are nice and clean, the service is also friendly and responsive. There are several types of rooms in this hotel, the ones I have tried are the Residence type and the Family Hill type, both of which contain 2 bedrooms, but the Residence type is really satisfying because it has a living room and a dining table, so you can gather together, it's just a shame that there are only 2 units of the Residence type and only 1 unit is available for rent.

There is no swimming pool and no air conditioning here, but there is a mini playground and at 6:45 pm there is a dancing fountain. If you stay here, try the dinner because the food choices are many, the price is cheap and the taste is okay. Although waiting for the food is a bit long, we were given drawing paper and colored pencils so the kids don't get bored. The room has a good design and is also quite spacious. The location is also very good, close to Bali Farm House and Handara.

Since none of the hotel staff asked for my impressions of my stay, I'll write about it here. This hotel offers very friendly and excellent service. The restaurant is also excellent. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. There's a large-capacity dehumidifier in the room, which is very useful in the room's low temperature and high humidity. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Here are the details: 1. The living room floor still had dust and hair clips from previous guests. 2. There was dust and insects under the pillows and blankets. 3. The bedsheets had many stains, even blood stains. 4. Dust on the table. 5. The bathroom toilet was covered in moss - as shown in the photo. 6. The bathroom floor was slippery due to moss. 7. The bathroom walls were also covered in moss. 8. The curtains were damaged. 9. The internet was slow. I suggest creating a dedicated internet connection for the TV in each room. Because there are no TV channels, we have to use YouTube to watch, but the internet is very slow. 10. There are no additional security locks in the rooms like in a hotel room. Hopefully, the management of Dusun Bedugul Asri can improve its service and cleanliness.

This is perfect for those who want to go to Bali but are far from the scorching heat of the beach. This was also our first time playing in Bedugul. The room didn't have air conditioning but it turned out to be no problem because it was cool. The area is very spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and clean, it's also nice that there is a bath up, so the kids love to soak here. The shop also sells bath bombs for use in the bath phone. The food is also delicious, next to the restaurant there is a slide area for the kids to play. Unfortunately, there are no massage facilities, even though for us who traveled a long way to Bedugul, we really wanted a massage, it would be more complete if there were spa facilities hihihi. But so far everything is okay. Thank you yaa
