The hotel is excellent, and taking in the consideration high standards they set, there are three things they should take care of ASAP to keep it up: 1. Rooms with king-size beds should not have two single mattresses connected to imitate it. It makes it uncomfortable for couples. Such rooms have to have proper king-size beds. 2. Lobby toilets need to have baby changing stations. 3. Pillows are uncomfortable; they would simply quickly deflate and become kinda flat. High-end hotels usually combine firm and soft ones, management would surely know how to tackle this one. They get my highest recommendations, and this is constructive criticism for supporting such a well-maintained property.

Excellent hotel. New, great staff. Good gym for a hotel. AC in summer is a little lacking, doesn’t cool down too much but overall great. One of the best breakfast for a hotel I’ve ever had

Excellent hotel. Hotel looks exactly like the photos, which is not something you see often. 10/10. Only issue (for summer) is AC was lacking for the room. May be a room specific issue but it wasn’t too cool

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (3 adults and 1 child). The staff is so helpful and kind. The amenities are beautiful. There were so many options for the breakfast buffet. Location is great. We recommend this hotel 200% and will stay again if we ever come back to Zlatibor!
