It is a nice place

Staff is not very nice but I love the location, close to a lot of markets. Other thing I didn’t like is that u have to leave you key at front desk if u go anywhere which I think is weird no other hotel will asked for that.

The Hotel is fine, but they increase you on the price because they charge an extra commision to your agreed price. I had to pay xx dollars more!

Is a motel on the side where people just do a quick stop if you know what I mean , and when they run out of room the take people to the hotel and is noisy and unsafe , trust me look for a better option

Beds are VERY hard, no air conditioning at all. No ventilation!!! Room was hot! Staff was great but the room was lacking

Estacionamiento techado y gratuito. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda con dos camas king size, agua caliente. Muy buena ubicación con centros comerciales cerca y muchas opciones para comer. ¿Qué le mejoraría? poner una toalla en el lavamanos. Y quitaría el audio en todos los pasillos para comunicarse con las chias de limpieza, unos simples Walkie Tokies resuelven el problema. Eso de dejar la llave al salir de la habitación ya es antiguo, poner cerraduras con tarjetas RFID sería ideal.

The place was not bad, but could improve in the mattresses, they are too hard, there is no ventilation in the rooms, no A/C or fan, the room was just couple feet away of very noisy club.

Nos atendieron muy bien en recepción. La habitación es muy espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario. Desafortunadamente estaba muy fría y no pudimos cambiar la temperatura. Es algo ruidoso durante la noche.

No es un hotel es un MOTEL y deberían de especificar ese hecho, la cama estaba incómoda, estaba duro y en mi ropa se subieron bichitos muy pequeños. Deben de especificar que es un motel y no ofrecerlo como hotel.

Todo bien, el único pero, el agua no estaba caliente

La habitación estaba bien, solo el personal de recepción con una actitud muy descortés y groseras.

Estás increíble, el único detalle es que se escucha mucho ruido
