The Hotel is nice, staff was friendly, breakfast was really nice with varieties of choices. Amenities were nice, even though the gym could be a bit bigger.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms are old-fashioned, poorly maintained, and have a constant and overwhelming stale cigarette odor that doesn’t go away. Fixtures are worn, cleanliness is inconsistent, and the overall condition feels neglected rather than “premium” as advertised. This is not a minor inconvenience — it directly affects your comfort and basic hygiene during your stay. For the price being charged, the standard is completely unacceptable and does not match what is being promised. If you value a clean, comfortable place to stay, book elsewhere. There are significantly better options available for less money. I was moved rooms twice, with no improvement. I decided to cancel my three night booking and stayed at a different hotel nearby, where the difference was immediate: clean, fresh, and properly maintained (Mercure Riyadh Al Anoud). Despite not using the rooms and checking out the same day, I was refused a refund, losing nearly 2,500 SAR. Their refusal to hear the customer, and robotic referral back to ‘terms & conditions’ fails to take into account the negligence, and made it clear just how low quality this hotel is. Do not risk it — choose another hotel.

Superb hotel. We had an amazing few days. We booked a suite which had a great view of the Kingdom Tower. All the staff were super nice, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding and offers a good variety.

Every single aspect was outstanding. I will highly recommend this Hilton.

Check-in experience was horrible. It was a Saturday morning around 10 am that I’ve reached to hotel. There was only 1 receptionist and a big line of people waiting to be checked-in. Receptionist was very slow too, it was taking literally 8-10 minutes for each person. So I had to wait more than 40 minutes to check-in to hotel. I also saw 1 concierge staff at the ground floor, other than that no staff. A ghost hotel with no soul in it. Like a 2-3 star hotel exprience. Definitely not a Hilton, usual 5 star.

One person only at front desk, always a long line and wait. No do not disturb signs on room doors. Rooms have very loud aircons or something that creates a loud buzzing noise 24/7, and nothing can be done. Rooms are overpriced for these issues.

The room was very spacious and clean, great Panoramic views of the kingdom tower. Bathroom tub was very large and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was very kind.

A wonderful hotel with staff prepared to go beyond their comfort zone to ensure your every need is catered for. Special mention to Hakim in the breakfast restaurant who was a pleasure to interact with, as were the boys at the front door who were efficient and saw the lighter side of life. Well done to all.

Very grand hotel and friendly staff. Was upgraded and the room was extremely spacious with an amazing view n very tidy. Definitely coming back again.

There is automatic AC based on movement in the room. If you sleep the AC goes off. Doesn’t make any sense. Also there is so many panels with the different buttons and they all shine so much in the night. This is when too much funky automation and technology does the opposite to a customer experience than what’s intended

Hilton Olaya is centrally located to shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and the Sky Center. Beautiful building with amazing room views

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff, very welcoming and checked everything was what I wanted. Room and bathroom were excellent, even got an unexpected sweet treat in my room which was delightful.
