The hotel is good... it's in the Ajtad area... it's just a bit uphill... if you're going to the Haram, you just have to go down... but if you're going back, you have to go up... it's not recommended if you're bringing your parents.

Staff very friendly and the room is clean.

We were told there was a bus service to the haram and back; however, it was not very reliable. We had to take the taxi many times during our stay. With respect to the breakfast, it was the same hard-boiled eggs, and sometimes they would run out of other things quickly. So it was okay.

Local chain who is not like other local hotels in Mecca. Love how the receptionist received us, and they spoke English well. Turkish breakfast was also mouth-watering. The room was spacious, looked newly designed, and the shuttle bus was always there.

It was a good, clean, modern, and comfortable hotel, but from Haram to the hotel it’s not too close; we must walk for 15-20 minutes or more. I will recommend this hotel to you if you want a cheap hotel with good facilities.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was also good. The distance to the Grand Mosque was quite long, and the return trip was uphill. Other than that, it was good.

The location is indeed far from the mosque, but it is easy to find food and shopping around the location.

The location is quite remote and high up, but there's a round-trip bus to the Haram. The breakfast was very good, but unfortunately, there was no rice at all. I'll stay here again next time. The price was cheap thanks to the discount, and the hotel is very nice.

The room condition is ok, the hotel is clean, the check-in staff are very friendly, but from the Grand Mosque to the hotel, most of the route is steep, quite tiring

The hotel is clean, the service is good, the room is spacious and there is a view of the clock tower that is slightly visible. The shuttle bus driver is not friendly, breakfast is always eggplant and ultra-processed food. The journey to the mosque is 20 minutes on foot because it is downhill while returning to the hotel is 40 minutes - 1 hour because the road is very uphill.

Clean hotel also close to gate 328, good service.

The staff were friendly, the hotel is nice. I booked for a twin room, when they saw I brought my children, they gave me a room with 4 beds. Thank you so much.
