I have received the worst service. When I first checked in, I found cockroaches—including an egg casing—in the room. Later, when doing laundry, I encountered even more pests. I was not provided with a room key upon arrival, leaving me unable to secure my room and making me feel uneasy about the safety of my belongings for the entire day. House policies were not communicated properly upfront; they were merely printed on a loose piece of paper left on the bed. Despite complying immediately by having my guest leave as soon as the host called, I was hit with unexpected extra fees. When the billing dispute arose, instead of handling the issue professionally, the host resorted to extreme hostility, accusing me of illegal activity and threatening to report me to law enforcement and immigration.
