Overall, it was excellent. The breakfast selection was limited, and the bathroom design was uncomfortable.

You can check in early because the room is ready.

The space is huge with a working television and friendly staff.

The rooms are spacious, there’s a mini-market and coffee shop, and while the food selection isn’t very diverse, the taste is quite good. The smoking room has a nice aesthetic.

Most of the restaurants on site were closed during my stay, but it was comfortable nonetheless.

Happy to stay in and enjoy our stay here.

very greattt experience to stay at roxy hotel

the bathroom only have 1 light, which is not good. kinda scary. and the bfast was just ok.

Everything was excellent. It's just that the breakfast menu lacks variety.

Location is 10 mins car ride from Kuching Waterfront. Not much to explore around the hotel. The hotel seems to attract mostly locals and Malaysian visitors. Hardly any foreigners (except me & my travel companion) judging by the breakfast guests. But breakfast served is good. Room quite spacious but the opaque bathroom glass panel is intrusive. You can actually see shadow movements from outside when someone is in the bathroom. Very voyeuristically uncomfortable. Overall it's value for money for guests who likes quiet surroundings.

The hotel is quite nice. I like the room, is cozy and spacy. Just needs few things for improvement: in the room, there is no face/small tower, no sandal and i booked with note check out time 2pm. No reply from the hotel, i automatically assumed approval to check out at 2pm. But I was called to ask to check out at 12 with reason the hotel is fully booked (which I doubted so). Then I barganed for 1pm. By 12 sharp, the AC in the room was off, by 12.50 the power in the room was off automatically meaning please get out immediately 😃. I think it's not a proper and nice way to do so to a guest... This is the first time I experience a unique check out situation.

The hotel staff service is very good and friendly, the room is very clean, the room is very spacious, the breakfast food is very delicious and varied. It's just a shame that on the day of check out the room we stayed in had a leak from the edge of the deck near the window, it seems like there was seepage because when we stayed it was raining continuously, and we have reported it to the receptionist and it was responded to well. for another time I want to stay at this hotel again.
