We had such an amazing stay at Ayom Suites and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the minute we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail really made our stay extra special. The location is perfect too. It's close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still feels peaceful and relaxing when you come back after a busy day. It was the ideal base for our trip. Our room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. The bed was so comfy, the room had everything we needed, and it was cleaned to a high standard every day. It was a lovely place to come back to and unwind. The food was another highlight. Everything we ate was fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. There was a great selection at every meal, and we genuinely looked forward to breakfast each morning. You can tell they really care about quality. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Ayom Suites. Great staff, an excellent location, beautiful rooms, and delicious food—it really had everything we were looking for. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It's one of those places that makes your holiday even more enjoyable. A well-deserved 10/10 from us, and we can't wait to come back! Staying at Ayom Lombok provides a truly enjoyable experience, with prompt and friendly service from arrival to check-out. The hotel's cleanliness is meticulously maintained, making every corner feel neat and comfortable. The serene and comfortable atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, with clean rooms and amenities that support guest comfort. Breakfast is also delicious, with a delicious and satisfying menu selection. Furthermore, the hotel's beautiful design and serene surroundings make your stay even more memorable, making you want to return again.

From the beginning, I have never been disappointed with Ayom. Everything is good, from the service to the room facilities. For a strategic location in the middle of the city.

This property is a truly hidden gem of Lombok. I am a local Lomboknese, but again I was in awe in this property. Reasons? 1. The genuine hospitality. I find it hard to find a local hotel or resort which can maintain this level of intimate service. Not only the training, but they seem to know how to choose their staff from the beginning. From the warm welcome by security to the housekeeping staff offers a genuine authentic hospitality. MITA was taking care of us extremely well during our 24 hours of stay. Ayom Group, I hope you pay these people well. These people are your greatest assets. 2. Location. Its consider located in the central of Mataram yet feels secluded. A true meaning of secret gateway inside the city. 3. The design of the hotel offers a warm ambiance. It feels like you are in a Villa in Bali but in a low-key luxurious way. Not a great fan of the swimming pool design and those room around it but it is not a deal-breaker. 4. Those afternoon tea delicacies were a real treat! Western Breakfast was delicious but my Nasi Goreng needs improvement but again, no biggie.

Stay twice with child of 2, Excellent service from before arrival after we left. Staff was very friendly and professional, chic restaurant that has finest dessert menu and probably best rendang in town, much better than larger establishment. Room was spacious and very clean throughly.
