When the first i arrived, i got a room in 2nd floor. dirty wall, door handle broken, unknown food inside the fridge. i asked them to check the room why the door handle is broken, he was just said yes it is (?) i asked to move to other room because this room has so many defects.
the staff said its fully booked. then i texted the customer service whatsapp and sent them the info about this room. suddenly other staff came and told me they have other room available.
they showed me 3 rooms, all rooms are look alike, not very clean, some molds. we chose 1 room that looks a little better than others. but the problem not stopped there. the ac sounds really loud. the bed sounds like it about to broke. we have paid full 7 days 6 night, but only stayed for 2 nights due this inconvenience. they dont even care to give compensation and we just left.
not recommend at all.
