Clean enough. Refurbished by starting to age with use. Bed clean and rooms tidy. Would stay there again.

Lovely modern property with Restaurant on site with happy hour Monday to Friday; 2 drinks for the price of 1 and free counter quality nibbles....excellent.

Towels not white and smelt Carpet outdated and sticky Hallways musty old smell Breakfast buffet ridiculous pricing @ $35 a head, total inconvenience as had to walk elsewhere to source a cheaper option.

Check in and out straight forward. Dinner was nice. Restaurant staff lovely. Place is very clean. Secure parking.

Bed sheet & towels all yellow with stains all over them. First night electricity went off around 8:30 pm & not even a small contact from reception to offer a candle or solution. I would think a hotel would have a generator for emergency situations. Next morning when asked for fresh towels and water was told we never paid for those services which I didn’t know if we should pay separately. The worst hotel we have stayed, ever.

Renovations are good. Clean and tidy. Noisy power plant either in the building or maybe the roof whenever it cycled on. it was a bit distracting for a light sleeper,

The hotel was in an excellent location, staff where friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Surrounding area was quiet and was very easy to access. Would definitely be my first choice for any further stays in Kalgoorlie

Great location close to the centre of town

Enjoyable and close to the centre of town

Room was comfortable and clean, WiFi was good, bathroom was small but water pressure and temperature was fine. The car park at the back was not in use so there was much completion for the spaces out front in the forecourt. I was lucky but many guests would have had to park on the road.

Good facilities and service

Mine vehicles reverse alarms being used at 2:30 am, and limited parking
