Shower curtain what disgusting i had no heat for two days one other tenant had heater to borrow i left on the 11th still have gotten my deposit back yet i was scheduled until the 14th. Refuse give my money back otherwise it was ok

the room wasn’t ready plus the mattress was so bad and had a dip into it. and someone threw up on the carpet the stain was so deep inside the carpet and stunk. plus all the Toiletries are disgusting

Staff was awful.my room had no Heat and it was freezing. I had a tv tv but no reception.immediatly I went to complain she said she would send someone nobody came.it was so cold I went back to see her.Besides that the room was a mess so I demanded my money back. I had booked for 3 nights...no way was I staying there. Makes me wonder why they even own a motel??

The room was not clean at all. The front desk provided us with another 3 rooms for option. Unfortunately, none of them was clean. Not acceptable. But, the staff is understandable. A young woman agreed to refund 100% immediately. We left for another hotel.

It was the worst place I ever been to. So bad. And nobody around if aomething like the toilet was not working. I never jn my life had such a bad experience. I recommand no one to ever go there. Wven price wise not that cheap.

The property is absolutely DIRTY. As per regulations we were not checked-in, did not full out a Registration card. There were no glasses in the Room 202. to drink some water or take medication. No hangers to hang clothes. Tv not working, cable tv cable was disconnected. AC unit dirty. on arrival put AC unit on to test it, left it running , on return to room after midnight the Ac control was disconnected, unable to turn it on. Bathroom ceiling tiles have a 6 inch hole and is dirty. Toilet paper dispenser is broken. Shower walls dirty(stained), shower curtain dirty. We returned to the motel after midnight, and there was no lights "ON" above the steps, had to use a flashlight to get upstairs. We paid for 2 nights but checked out early in the morning losing payment for one night. I told the clerk I will be reporting this matter to the City of Niagara Falls. Very unfair for International guests checking in online, the photos are misleading. To support my report I took many pictures. NEVER AGAIN.

Check in time is 2pm & nobody around the hotel. We left a note , then we received a call around 5pm telling we can come. Room smell so bad. Seems not vacuum for months. Facilities were not maintained. Not recommended to stay.

I booked a king bedroom and i have gotten the dirtiest double queen bed. Washroom didnt have the lock. No curtains. Hairs on the bedroom. Worst experience in 18 years
