For the price it was okay. Last time we were double charged. This time was better. Front desk was very helpful. Room was okay. Sheets had stains, toothpaste on the taps still. But we just needed to sleep after a long flight.

The room that we stayed in had stickiness in some spots on the carpet and the fridge was dirty. The views from the room are good, and the AC works well.

The place has seen better days. The carpet was stained, walls had holes in them, the small refrigerator didn’t work…

Toilet paper is single ply. Toilet wouldn't flush properly and instead of fixing with proper kit, they used the thinnest iron wire that when you handle it, it breaks and covers your hand in rust. TV turned on, but it wouldn't connect to the cable box, and the remote didn't work. The outside garbages didn't get emptied once in the 3 days we were there and garbage was falling out and getting blown around. 4 lights were burned out inside. Caulking is cracked around the tub. No USB chargers in room for convenience. Pretty disappointed. I've stayed in far less expensive places that were better maintained.

I am very used to staying in budget or medium quality accomodation because I like to save few dollars. This place originally gave us a first floor room that smelt musty and damp and had dog smell. The second room upstairs had a very poor bed with a huge divit in the right side. It was enough for a painful night sleep. I would recommend they spend money on new beds as needed to keep them from being too worn and replace flooring over time to avoid the smells that carpet can hold.

The room was clean and the location was perfect for what I was going to do in Kamloops.

Front desk clerk was kind and helpful. I’m almost certain the carpet wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed. The color is dark so you can’t tell but there was a chunk of something like dried food on the floor. One of my pillow cases had a red stain on it. Whole place could use some upgrade. I thought there was supposed to be a cooler and stove or microwave but not. Anyway doesn’t deserve the $120 I have paid that at a decent hotel in the past

The hotel was fine. We only stayed for one night, but the facilities are well-maintained, the room was clean, and the service was excellent.

Had a great stay at this motel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. A special thank you to the night manager at the front desk, who provided exceptional service. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room in the middle of the night, and he kindly woke up, made us a duplicate key, and helped us with a smile on his face. His professionalism and willingness to help made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!
