Room was nice and clean. Front desk was helpful and super nice. Parking was small.

Good location. Standard motel. Bed was comfortable and didn’t really have any issues on my two night stay.

Clean, great view, proprietor was charming, comfortable bed, and parking was easy.

The restaurant and ice cream shack were amazing.

Slippery tub caused a fall, and upstairs guests were very noisy.

The room smelled like vomit and the sheets were dustyy and itchy. The AC needled cleaning badly.

Everything is great only the mattress, which is too soft and the springs make a lot of noise when I turn over.

When I’m in Harrison Hot Springs , I always book at The Spa Motel. Note The Basecamp is a great place for breakfast. Good prices and friendly staff

Location is wonderful and parking is available for a nominal fee. We had a room with water & mountain view - lovely. There is no closet, whichbis odd. Staff were nice and provided a hairdryer upon request.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept, although slightly old and tired, which was to be expected given the age of the property. Location was great, right along the main drag, and the Baseline Cafe was a nice place to have a bite. Only "complaint" was that the WiFi was spotty, which was a bit of an issue for me, as I needed to do some work. But otherwise, enjoyed the stay!
